You are experiencing a huge trauma and you cannot rush your healing. Make sure to understand why things went the way they did and gather some knowledge on how you can do it better next time (if it's going to be a next time). Kaden Zdroik technically I didn’t, I was on the other end... I had to end the relationship and it was the night before my college made us go home for the rest of the semester (unknown at the time bc of a surprise meeting/send off the next day). We did everything together for exactly 1 year 6 months a week and a day. Alpha did a couple other videos which included a lot of self care tips like eating clean(er), exercise (Im doing jump-rope HIIT 30 minutes a day and its helping a metric butt ton) and basically doing stuff to keep your mind off her. It gets easier with each day that passes, so keep putting one foot in front of the other and use this time now to look back, see where you could have improved, try fix that (don’t get me wrong, a lot of times it’s the other persons fault but self-reflection never hurts, especially now that we have time), and start tomorrow facing forward as a newer and improved version of yourself. This was my first real relationship and breakup and man we got too serious too quick and everything fell apart... I’m a PreMed student in college, and she is too, we’re both sophomores. I’m still gonna have to see her about every day for every one of our more specialized medicine-related classes, so i can’t just “forget” about her completely. Dont try to contact her, and keep social media to a minimum. This feeling will pass sooner or later. I know it's almost impossible but just simply try not to think about her too much.

These women are called Unicorns. They used to be more common in years long since past but our societal and other rules have been changed since then. So, men, remember that YOU are the goal. Here's what I've learnt about break up and some of it concurs with Aaron's video here:
All things pass. You don't think they will. You don't believe they can. They do eventually pass.
Then once they've passed they lose their sting.
Don't try to numb the emotional pain. This does not work. You just sometimes compromise yourself by doing so.
Lastly and most importantly know this. You'll meet some amazing women as you go through life. Smart, witty, capable and hard working women with a good moral compass and with who you can trust your very life.
These women are called Unicorns.
They used to be more common in years long since past but our societal and other rules have been changed since then.
So, men, remember that YOU are the goal.
YOU are the prize.
Not common or garden pussy. Not ten a penny hot chicks but YOU.
