Only thing i dont have is living independently, just dont want my dad to be alone, our dogs died one after the other in two months and my parents have been divorced for 17 years. Just cant bring myself to leave him all alone
You may move out from your dads home but you wont leave him alone. You need to build your life. And you will include time spots for time with your dad. You wont let people alone you value. Believe me. :) Me is M29.
Nothing wrong with that. There's a difference between living at home because you want to help a parent out and living at home because you still need to be taken care of.
I don't think living with your parents makes you a boy, if you take care of them and pay their bills. Especially if you're single. Asians don't think that makes you a boy. You're a man if you're take care of your parents alone.
I’m 25 and still live with my parents, and I’ll tell you why - I don’t want to waste my money an incredibly expensive apartment. I’d rather save that money and put it towards a house. I have a full-time job and I’m more independent than people think. Nobody should be ashamed to be living with their parents, as long as they have a plan. Love you, Alpha. Keep it up!
Only thing I disagree with is the living with your parents. I believe it’s more of a Western ideology, but I believe taking care of your older family members is a very honorable thing to do. I’d love to live with my parents and take care of them (thankfully they don’t need my help). Don’t be ashamed to be sharing your life with your family; they’re your FAMILY at the end of the day. As long as you’re able to take care of yourself and THEN others such as your family, go for it.
I’m 44 and have a long way to go. My bank account used to be fat, found the wrong woman who conned me out of most of my life savings. I owned a home and no longer do. Feeling depressed af about my decisions in the last two years. Chic left and has no intentions of repaying even though she is a millionaire. Sad part is, she still wants to hang out but I have more respect for myself than that.
My friend, I'm a year younger than you! I lost everything because of the recession, I called my mom and told her I lost everything and when I mean everything I'm talking about at the time, a brand new BMW, a brand new condo (hole in the ground) brand new and lastly my $80.000 a year plus bonus job. Even though this happened to me and my mom took in because that's what mom's do, I was able to climb back up! Not to where I was but I'm better today than I was all those years ago! So if I can do it you can do it my friend. (Also I sought help to get me over that hump and I'm not ashamed to share that here!
Paying 4000 dollar a month rent for a studio owned by a corporation? No thanks. A lot of younger people live with their parents now because is ridiculous how expensive housing is.
Sign 1…. You let another man tell you what a man is. EDIT: to my original point.. the comments are now filled with people justifying themselves. What makes someone a man is in their heart. My father worked his ass off in construction to provide for his family, treats my mom like a princess, is an amazing father and grandfather and was always there for us. I’ll take his advice on being a man.
Being able to consider other people's advice is not a sign of immaturity. Following blindly or refusing to listen at all is a sign of immaturity. Thinking you know everything is also a sign of immaturity.
Easy for you to say to stop living with your parents not every country is the same, in philippines avg. Everyones situation is different your definition of a man is fron a first rate country where inflation is not that high nor are youe fellow counrtymen leaving your country just to go to another country to earn and survive and provide. I knew the moment he said living at home and playing video games the boys watching this video were going to chime in trying to justify why they STILL live at home and STILL play video games. Alpha is spot on.
I recently came across the book “You Are Stronger Than You Think,” by Borlest and it really caught my attention. It contains a lot of valuable information on how to naturally boost testosterone, improve energy levels, and enhance overall health. The author focuses on practical advice and easy-to-apply techniques that can truly make a difference. If you’re interested in elevating your strength and confidence, this book is definitely worth checking
(1) Immature (2) Poor communication (3) Not having gainful employment (4) Avoiding conflict (5) Not sticking up for others (6) lack of Self awareness (7) Being self centered (8) a growth mindset (9) lacking commitment
Great video! I had a recent awkward encounter with 2 drunk guys chatting up my girl then getting pissed at me when I was telling them have a good night. I'm the type to laugh it off when when I need to be more assertive and stand up for myself. I used to be very introverted so I'm working on it, not easy to fix overnight
I’m not a man; I enjoy creating video games and playing with my nephew. My friends from university are entrepreneurs, so they don't play video games, one of them has two wives. I played a World War game against my brother; I always plays with UK army with a lot of quotes from Churchill. When the game gets serious, we act seriously too. I have to admit, I'm not a fair player. I like coding AI to play for me and cheat whenever possible. I never let eight-year-old kids win games; they need to learn that life is tough. I don’t trust them either, except for my niece, who has a high intellectual potential. I can't stop playing game. I am watching my skills from actuarial science and computer science and studying the blockchains and a way to do something with risk theory, life contingency and artificial intelligence, this is only playing.
Respectfully disagree about the whole video game thing. Video games were given to me by my mother in order to keep me out of trouble (getting into unnecessary fights) and now it's become a hobby as well as something that I want to learn how to do. Creating characters, and writing stories for video games is something i love doing, something i hope to improve upon and eventually get paid to do one day.
Some men in there mid 40's have raised their children and stayed faithful to their wives and enjoy the fruits of their labor through watching their grandchildren grow up. But some think a man is someone who matches their shoes and belt, while not knowing how to make a relationship last more than a year or two.
Thank you for this video. I went through a very traumatic situation with a loved one and although the outcome was very hurtful I did what you said and stood up for them
Good message. 👏🍻 If I may add to it in a small way, which was covered a bit, part of being a grown man is keeping your word. And the most important person you can keep your word to is yourself, doing what you say you're going to do. I can speak from personal experience is that when you break your word to yourself, break the promises you make to yourself, you cannot expect yourself to keep your word to another person. When you break your promises to yourself, you develop a bad reputation with yourself, which causes your self-confidence to go in the toilet, and in turn, negatively impacts your relationships with other people. You cannot give to others something you do not possess. If you cannot keep your word to yourself, have personal integrity, which is a key component to having self-respect, you will not demonstrate integrity towards others.
Isn’t the idea of what a “real man” is subjective? And isn’t concerning yourself with what other people think, lower self confidence then someone who lives their life freely not giving a fuck how other people perceive them?
I am 31, stuck in a mediocre job that I absolutely hate, even though I love the domain. All my friends are earning far far better than me. Day by day, I am feeling like a loser who will not be able to catch up with success. The motivation is gone.
I see no reason to justify my leisure time spent playing video games, as I maintain a balanced schedule and strive for self-improvement. Employed for nearly five years and self-sufficient, I stand up for myself and others, even if it means confronting challenging situations. While past betrayals have caused ongoing discomfort, I focus on personal growth and have developed strategies for overcoming adversity.
I’m still a boy because look at that white Mercury Grand Marquis at 9:21. I am 33 and have not been in a lot of relationships though I am in one now I don’t want to commit to here because I don’t have my shit together and I feel that a relationship is not gonna help that right now

From that comment I take it you're still a child. There's a balance between taking information as Gospel and being arrogant and thinking you know everything already. If however you meant that you listened to this information and then use your own reasoning. Because the information is video is good information for the most part. Then good for you.
honestly and there are a lot of teenagers and young adults that still act like boys and they are very immature it’s sad to see. Young Women don’t understand what to look for in healthy relationship and what a healthy relationship should be should. there are people that are 22 and older that still live with their parents and I think that’s ok as long as they are consistently working towards their goals

second part hits HARD. They mean only good but evil is good gone wrong. I believe my Parents just want me to become better then them and yet they still treat me like an incompetent infant.
You’re wrong on some of these bro, “effective communication” sure but you just HAD to add that “without being awkward” we’re in the 21st century dude, get with the times. Some people are a tad awkward(especially being on the spectrum). And the career and living with your parents? You’re an older millennial…you don’t know what it’s like to start at zero NOWADAYS. The only successful people in my age group got lucky on twitch and are usually terrible people as well as unusually high in immaturity. Too much of this is YOUR ideal rather than what is objectively true and that’s not fair to people who respect your opinions but will likely never get to be where you are. You’re setting them up for failure. This is a bad look and it will come back to haunt you.
Signs you're a little boy.1) Major materialistic life. 2)No kids. 3Always worried about the way you look and what others think of you. 3 Money is everything
Playing video games hasn’t got anything to do with being a man or a boy, are you gonna call a beast of a man like Henry cavil (superman) who’s 41 a boy and not a man because he still plays world of Warcraft, no you’re not! 😂
I get mad when someone talks about videos games like if they are a pack of marijuana, they sound like a granma or some sad nun who dislikes technology 😂
Had to get a divorce as I want to do things like joining the army and going to the gym etc. I wish my wife could stay with me but she dosint want me to do those things yet. Which made grew depressed more time been wasted. We straight got married way to quick and a kid way too early as well. But I feel now that I'm on the right track feel alot better of haveing more freedom to do things what I want to do and same time still be able to see my kid.
Okay, here's the thing. I have a job that pays decently well, is related to my dream job/career and I still live with my parents because I'm trying to save up on money for important future plans plus the economy nowadays is terrible and most young people still live with their parents due to those reasons. Does that make me a little boy? Also, if I occasionally say "um" while I am trying to gather my thoughts in a conversation but I know how to communicate, set boundaries, be assertive without being a dick and so forth, does that also make me a child? I'm just wondering here...
Why does he keep bringing up playing video games as an hobby is bad for you? Its not bad if you have other hobbies and taking care of yourself and responsibilities. Its only bad if you play too much video games several hours EVERYDAY!
Especially if you are talking about politicians, they have high salaries, their decision making is on a plate of gold, and yet they do nothing good for humanity 😂

I find owning up and coming to a realization that you can't place blame on others and you are your own person. Nothing annoys me more than seeing an intelligent man and him saying this happened to me, I blame this person, this woman did that, my father did that. Truth is trauma happens to everyone. It is a part of life. Spartans used to throw their sons to wolves at young age and beat them into submission. Not one spartan I would not call a man. You own up you say I can't change the past but I sure as hell can change my future. And people using the word dude all the time or bro. And there is a time and a place for swearing. Words have power. My mother never used to swear but when she did you knew you were in trouble and better shape up. Same as my father. Swearing has a major impact and be used to get your point across if you're not known as a person who swears.
Not everyone has the opportunity to save money and live with your folks for now . Woman confuse a guy with a good paying job who saves stay home vs the stereotype who has no job and does nothing with their life
A man is someone who knows who he is, knows what he wants, knows what he stands for, and acts accordingly. That is it. There is not specific criteria that defines what a man is.
No, you are not a grown-up man yet, because you want to show-off by saying something smart-ish, in order to cover the fact that in some way your ego got hurt. That's what boys in school keep doing.

Signs you're a little boy.1) Major materialistic life. 2)No kids. 3Always worried about the way you look and what others think of you. 3 Money is everything
W Alpha 🐐💪
Playing video games hasn’t got anything to do with being a man or a boy, are you gonna call a beast of a man like Henry cavil (superman) who’s 41 a boy and not a man because he still plays world of Warcraft, no you’re not! 😂
Joe Manganiello plays Dungeons and Dragons. Vin Diesel plays Dungeons and dragons as well as the video game Call of Duty.
@@Joey21071 suga sean o malley plays warzone, snoop dog streams all sorts of games, Joe rogan plays some vr games
Great video, Alpha
Being a Man means you got almost 7 Million Subscribers 💪💪
what about this? I'm 28 and I'm not living with my parents but my parents living with me and in my house. is it bad?
You should do more videos about guidance
I paid the $400 a week ago..may i have a $300 refund?
I kinda FELT it!!!
Needed this tonight 🙌🏻
Okay, here's the thing. I have a job that pays decently well, is related to my dream job/career and I still live with my parents because I'm trying to save up on money for important future plans plus the economy nowadays is terrible and most young people still live with their parents due to those reasons. Does that make me a little boy? Also, if I occasionally say "um" while I am trying to gather my thoughts in a conversation but I know how to communicate, set boundaries, be assertive without being a dick and so forth, does that also make me a child? I'm just wondering here...
Yeah ok seventeen year old kid that made $100k in this economy hard to believe that.
Typical marketing tactic to sell a course online 😂
Why does he keep bringing up playing video games as an hobby is bad for you? Its not bad if you have other hobbies and taking care of yourself and responsibilities. Its only bad if you play too much video games several hours EVERYDAY!
dang, i didn't realize ya boy was from Marietta, GA. I'm up in Woodstock. Holla!
Thank you 🙌🏻
This same video has been posted 15 times. Need new material
Yoooooo 2:15 yes!!!
I have to live with my dad. His wife died my mom. He’s old and I’m the oldest so I take care of him so that is bull 💩
Thank you. I think i needed this
Not making decisions is extremely unmanly.
Especially if you are talking about politicians, they have high salaries, their decision making is on a plate of gold, and yet they do nothing good for humanity 😂
Great video 👍
1:54 good point but look at this shitty economy lol pretty hard to move out nowadays ik ppl realllly struggling rn
As for as me realize woman want who them can manipulate. Real man stand up for them self.
It is very difficult to find work in UK we aren't as creative as USA.
Good message. But if it's liberating not to care what other people think. Than why even try to be a man?
2:35 that’s very true

Thanks Alpha, i put out a post today on my facebook page asking about music jobs as i've always been passionate about music, i play drums but i'm finding it hard to turn that into a job! Anyway great video!
Don’t use foul language then does himself
Thank you very much.
Thank you❤
I find owning up and coming to a realization that you can't place blame on others and you are your own person.
Thank u
Sign #12 - you spell immature wrong. 🤨
Please review Iron John.
Boys initiation into manhood is missing from modern society.
!DO IT LIVE¡
So true. We are not taught good standards.
Not everyone has the opportunity to save money and live with your folks for now . Woman confuse a guy with a good paying job who saves stay home vs the stereotype who has no job and does nothing with their life
Here early!!
So a man can't have hobbies or interests like playing videogames???
what is dressing immaturely?
Sorry but I disagree with this video you can't pay everyone with the same brush. Not everyone is the same
I need like this vedio i realised after seeing this,im still little boy in my 30 😢after watching your vedios .im stuck😢
You are not stuck. I'm 71 and am not so manly. Let's work on it.
Another point for being a man. Someone who doesn't fall for youtubers so called courses. 😅
A man is someone who knows who he is, knows what he wants, knows what he stands for, and acts accordingly. That is it. There is not specific criteria that defines what a man is.
I am not a man because I am watching this video on my phone
No, you are not a grown-up man yet, because you want to show-off by saying something smart-ish, in order to cover the fact that in some way your ego got hurt. That's what boys in school keep doing.
Real Man
Depend on father's income
yes im still a lil boy
