Good work, thanks. I will say one thing though. As the ships are being brought onto the screen, when there is multiple ships, it appears you are naming them backwards ie the ship on the left of the screen is the ship named on the right side of the ship names. The Buccaneer and the Nova for instance, the Arrow and Bl;ade and the Hawk and Ballista. If I wasn't a citizen, or even if I was but didn't know all the ships, this would lead to me think they not called what they are called. Just a little point really but... :~)
I was naming them from smallest to largest but transitioning from right to left. Didn't work out the best but its something I can change for the next one. :)
Guaranteed that kingship is going to contain 5% that we can explore though. It's basically just a set dressing for a mission or two at the end of squadron 42.
No we won’t board a kingship. Ever. Squadron 42 is set in the past and that already been determined. There have been only 2 sightings of a kingship ever. One at the beginning of when humans met the Vanduul, and the 2nd later on when humans recover an INTACT kingship which is named the X12. The lore on that is basically there’s a radiation leak that kills enough of the crew that a self destruction by the crew is impossible.
great work! but i would be remiss if i did not say that it would be great if we had a higher definition version with better contrast, when you have time ofc.
Can you please make one where a fleet is arranged in formation with a carrier in the middle and smaller ships and fighters around them? That'd be really cool to see :)
Something is really off with the scale in star citizen. It says the reclaimer is around 150m but if you run from one end of the ship to the other (on the ground) spaceman can do it in around 10 to 15 seconds. That's super fast for anyone let alone a man in a space suit
Man the Orion is way bigger than I realized. I expected maybe Hammerhead or Carrack sized, but nope. Bigger than the frigate. That's a lot of ore, and a lot of money spinning around that hull.

I decided on a BMM years ago and with the latest price increase it's also no longer possible to upgrade to a Reclaimer. So I really hope it turns out well.
The Vanduul ships look awesome :-) I'm so excited for Squadron 42!
If the Javelin was 2.700 wonder what the Vanduul will set someone back.
The Vanduul has got to be limited.
@@wootuser javelin? What?

What, What? The The Aegis Dynamics Javelin is a upcoming multi-deck capital size ship destroyer. starcitizen.fandom.com/wiki/Javelin
@@akhilsamavedam7089 understandable seeing that 1, even if it was in the normal game, the size alone would make it impossible to render in without completely crashing the server 2, even it could render in without a problem, it would just be an oversized target for litterally everyone on the server 3, good luck landing this behemoth your not getting anywhere near a spaceport because there is simply not enough space to land it in one and 4, it would not only have an impossibly expensive price it would be impossible to properly maintain. Overall it would be a cool flex but that's all it would be, just a flex
Love this, thanks for making it! And I think the Vanduul Kingship went up to 3400+ meters with the redesign, gonna be amazing
I just bought a Perseus this IAE and was happy I finally own a big ship... thanks for ruining my dreams :(
Great video! Really well done. Thanks :)
Perseus is still gonna be a nightmare for capital ships tbh.
Gosh I missed your videos on this channel. Great to see your work again !
thank you! :) there will be more soon... TM ;)
Meanwhile elite dangerous: Our ships all look the same except some are bigger than others or more square
Sad, but true.
I still like ED more because of the more finished and polish state they've reached in the same time SC is promising and still stuck in Conceptual phase with almost everything ^^
Even though its big most of the time you don't even notice it. there is no sense of scale in ED. 100 meter is just a number in ED.
@@leinadreign3510 Its definitely nice that ED just works. Though it's never managed to give me pause or wow me. As fucked as SC is, I regularly pause to just admire things. Take in the scenery, be amazed at the sense of scale and detail in every single piece of the game. While ED is nice for giving me something to do. I like SC just as much, and it gives me fuck all to do lol
@@bongwaterbojack Yup, same here. ED never impressed me as much as SC did. And you definitely realize the size of one planet if you accidentally crash your space ship and try to walk to the nearest spot just to spawn at least a vehicle to get to town (Happened to me on Hurston). But I gotta say, I find ways to give me something to do, whether it's mining or some of the missions that are available.
Meanwhile Star Citizen just ripped off an Elite Dangerous ship.
I love and play both, so do not view the situation in black and white and feel have to favor one or the other. So I can honestly say this comment is quite dishonest.. Elite Dangerous has a diverse selection of ships that dont all look alike, and only 2 of the small ones "look square" as a throwback to their models on the original Elite games, over the past almost 4 decades.
Both hames have pros and cons... However i'm starting to see SC as the biggest con of the decade
Imagine running into a kingship in your aurora. Might as well just hold backspace.
Code Brown..... I repeat, Code Brown 💩
Add windshield wipers to get rid of the Aurora scrap
Just got to find that small thermal exhaust port and you be fine mate.
na you are so small that the ship can pass between the shield and hull XD also you just "land" on it like han solo and nobody see you
the kingship will hold backspace for you, its kind that way
Cant find Banana for scale, so I dont know how big they are ^^
This might help.

There was one in the Leak a few years ago but i die Not found someone who would share that data.
I have the bengal but not more. (Not a single of the bisher vanduul ships. ) but if i find a modell i will contact you

Getting to see the Bengal ingame this weekend really puts the kingship into perspective.. holy shit
excellent work, thank you for your time and effort to produce this.
That's some crazy scale! I thought my cutty was big when I started lol
i once stood infront of a reclaimer, impressed by its massiveness, now i stand on its bridge and wonder, was that even worth it, but deep in my heart i know, i got a connie with lti, i can always go for that ride whenever i want
My Freelancer Max is like a little dwarf with a big butt.
This game got one thing right, and that is the scale of things.
Thanks for making this video! Was quite eye opening
With Invictus fleet week coming soon, It would be a great time to do an updated one for 2021. Seriously awesome video. It is far too easy to forget the scale of some of these behemoths until you see ground vehicle or person next to them. Good job. :)
great work, I've done clean up before, and your models are so clean I want to grab some model paint and go to town. Can't wait for another cool look at SC models. :)
6:18 holy f***! The Bengal is extremely big, but the Kingship...
Retribution is Bigger!
The Retribution has 500m to 1km on the Kingship i think
Retribution : 2,700 m
@@leeschulken8744 the kingship is 3,800, not 2,800, however, rumors are, the retribution is shrinking but that is not entirely certain.
This is a lot of fun to see and nicely done. I think it would be easier to compare if you keep them all in a line and slowly dolly the camera down the line so that you can see the previous ship in the same frame as the current one.
I remember seeing these comparisons for Elite, but when I think that all of *these* ships are actual functioning structures and not boxes of space pixels with a floating camera in the cockpit it's far more impressive.
This game gets shit on by elite for 1 reason... its actually a playable game

i totally agree!
Wow, I didn't think an Orion ship was that big when I got it. That is pretty cool that my favorite capital ship is the fifth largest.
Well it did double in size since it original concept. But yeah. It is big!
I wish I could live in the world of star citizen.
This is fantastic! Thanks for making this video. I'll post it to the Spectrum if it's not already there.
Never mind, you already posted it!
love how de defender and vulture are same length and same "stance" both arm at front
there was a few ships missing like the Vanduul Driller, and few others from the Vanduuls, and the Retribution from UEE, but great video
Everyone: the kingship is so massive!
Retribution which is almost as big: oi m8 where’s MY 3D model??
Seriously though, incredibly video! The SC community is grateful for your contribution.
The kingship is 3,854m, not 2800 :) and the retribution may be shrinking, but that part is unconfirmed
@@TheRealEvades Kingships would have to be uncommon then, otherwise even a fleet with a retribution in it could potentially be wiped out! I don’t know much about vanduul ships or human/vanduul conflicts in general, so most of this stuff is new to me.
@@felixlange1263 from all of the leaks and rumors i could find, combined with what we factually know about the kingship / retribution, i have been hearing that there will be a couple to a few kingships, not just one, and that there will be only one retribution. I have heard rumors that the retribution will be shrinking in size, which if it turned out to be true, would confuse me. I would think they would either decide to have a couple retributions aswell, or give it a massive size bump to like, 4,000 or so, especially if there ends up being only one. we shall see
Bengal coming out on 2951 fleet week. Can’t wait!!!
This one is better then the 2021 cuz it has that zoom out thing when bigger ships show up and truly shows the scale
little correction, Bengal is already over 1km in length. somewhere around 1,3km
Great job as always. Hope that you and yours are staying safe and sane.
DESMARIUS! ;)
Epic video, good job !
Wow, the vandul looks like an entire city
Damn, I mean sure I knew how many ships are already done/in concept. But there's a lot if all put together. Just love how tiny the Kraken is next to the Kingship.
Great job but two ships with incorrect size :
-The cutlass is no longer 29m after rework but 36m long
-And the Mercury StarRunner is no longer 40m but 56 m long
Great work, I would love to have something like this in wallpaper Engine ships cycling through as my desktop background, even better multi monitor support cycling over all monitors.
Awesome video! Incredible work
So, I didn't really care about boarding ships before... But now I have to be part of a team boarding a Vanduul Kingship or my life will never be complete.

really awesome video! as soon as you start moving the camera in those quick spins and pans you make the view lose the scale. which kinda destroys what you are trying to do. there is not a continuity. just keep it with that same pan. if you do another camer make sure you go back to the same shot before jumping to next. just 2c. love it tho
Would be cool to see here Retribution.
As a Halo fan as well I really wish we could add some of those ships in as well. The Infinity would dwarf the Vanduul Kingship, and then Covenant capital ships can be over 25km long if I remember correctly. And the Diact's ship is multiple hundreds of kilometers tall (it's a weird shape).
And a Galaxy? Very cool!
Thanks for your excellent job 👌😎
Thanks, this kind of video is so nice !
Cant wait to try fitting as much buggies in the kingship
The king ship only has a crew of 1600. That means if we got a whole server in as a boarding party we would only need to kill about 32 each!
890 is 123m my dude great video other wise!
This is a really great video. Though I will say you might want to edit the overlay text. It is actually reversed of the ships you're showing. For example, if the ship shown is on the right, the text for that ship is actually on the left.
If they can do that Vanduul Kingship they can add a Star Destroyer
The Javelin is a Destroyer. Just wait for all the capital navy ships to get greyboxed down the road. The Retribution is even bigger.

This video alone earned a sub from me, great presentation!
Have you ever thought about doing this, but having a person next to each ship
You forgot to add the Retribution into the scale. IIRC it's speculated to come around 3.5-4km in size. It dwarfs the Kingship.
No 3D models I assume
BEAUTIFUL
What I'd really like to see is these ships, but mixed in with things like a school bus, a 737, a 747, a Walmart, a mall...
hmm... thats strange... looks like there may be something like that coming soon! ;)
the camera movement screws up the purpose of a size comparison
the transitions should feel slower imo to really take and see the ships but other then that pretty cool video , great to see sc content :D
Think you forgot the retribution, makes the kingship look small.
*looks* *at* *thumbnails*
Me: HOLY SHIPS!!!!!
u could see the Bengal on a Planet while in Atmo
that gotta be the most starwars thing youll experience in this game.
I don't think it's capable of atmospheric flight. That's to say, it can land, but won't be taking off again lol. No landing gear either etc
sure your not talking about the javlin destroyer? as that was in game and could be seen from orbit
Wow. Valuabe information. Thanks
The whole dead space game is in half of the Kingship.
While I love this. Cutlass is about 35m and MSR is about 56m
The Endavor will grow 3x in size
great work! but i would be remiss if i did not say that it would be great if we had a higher definition version with better contrast, when you have time ofc.
Can you put the Retribution in the next one if you do it again. Also we have some new ships and more coming up.
That MSR looks svelte!
Can you do one of planets and stations?
Kingship is probably gonna be like 50k thousand dollars on sale in future
It's only going to be an NPC ship, The Bengal is supposed to be the biggest playable ship in SC
Man if those ship come out that would BE ABSOLUTELY SICK! But don’t forget the price :(
Can you please make one where a fleet is arranged in formation with a carrier in the middle and smaller ships and fighters around them? That'd be really cool to see :)
You seem to include all of the variants, but just lumped the C8 & C8x in as the Pisces... :)
I remember Merchantman became bigger. And current Kingship is much bigger than 2800m. Where are other vanduul big ships?
Something is really off with the scale in star citizen. It says the reclaimer is around 150m but if you run from one end of the ship to the other (on the ground) spaceman can do it in around 10 to 15 seconds. That's super fast for anyone let alone a man in a space suit
The length of the ships is not the length of the interior. And its a game, people don’t want to hold the w key for minutes on end.
The banu merchentman is now bigger.
Man the Orion is way bigger than I realized. I expected maybe Hammerhead or Carrack sized, but nope. Bigger than the frigate. That's a lot of ore, and a lot of money spinning around that hull.
Wheres the UEE Retribution? (Super dreadnought)

You forgot the super dreadnought. The Retribution. Its 2700 meters.

hello, is there a way to get the 3d model of the Kingship or Vanduul, it seams that the dev remove the model form the game files?
