    Thanks a lot. I am so relieved after seeing this video because from past two weeks I am suffering with joint pain. Doctors just gave me medicine but didn’t not tell me clearly what is my problem now I understood what is my problem. I followed what ever u told me in this video. Now pain so much reduced. I thank u once again doctor for posting this video 🙏

    Exemplory speech. Quite understandable in English. Easy to follow steps of stretching and strengthening. I am 70 years. Male. I have really painful while climbing steps. Ist stage. Have to do exercise..
