I watched your video to see if maybe it was something I was doing wrong (although I followed the directions to a T) I did exactly what you did, I turned the power on selected the ice & walked away, apparently I got a defective one so I will be returning/exchanging which is a shame because I bought it so I could make ice TONIGHT for my camping trip tomorrow. I guess I'll go pay $5 per bag of ice all week! 🤦♀️
It's unfortunate but now days there are always a few lemons and someone ends up getting one. Sorry it was you this time. We had not used ours for a while and our fridge died. It took almost three weeks to get it fixed and we were running our ice maker non stop the whole time.
Hi Craig, the dimensions are 12 5/8" H X 9 3/4" W X 14" D. It weighs about 20 lbs. While it will produce about 26 lbs of ice a day, the basket will hold about 2.5 lbs of ice.
I spent about 20 mins searching online for the manual. The company website is pretty poor. I also do not have the manual to refer to. I would probably just use mild soap and water and a soft brush to reach into the back. Leave it hanging over the edge of the sink with the drain open and flush the soapy dirty water out.
I would bet that they are mold spots not grease. Every now and then I would clean out the inside with some white vinager and then rinse it out thouroghly.
I've had it for 3 mos and it worked fine but now it quit making ice. I've drained it and cleaned the drain cap but the ice full indicator light keeps coming on and no ice is made.
The full indicator is triggered by an electric eye beam. On the left where the ice dumps into the basket is a black dot with a clear one on the right side. If a little debrise is blocking this beam it could cause your full light to come on. Or maybe if water got into one of the lens's. Just my two cents.
@@katskamper9739 It might be the eye beam, but it could be a micro-switch that is inside the unit that can get stuck. The quick fix, though temporary, is to press the SELECT button for a full 10 seconds. After, those 10 seconds, release the button. The red light will say illuminated, but the machine will start making ice of the smaller size.

You can also add a few pieces of ice under the bin to help keep the ice from melting.
I'll give that a try.
Just used this Ice maker on a 3 day camping trip and were very happy with it.

We have the same ice maker and after a few months later the prongs no longer freeze, tried troubleshooting no luck....any ideas
