***Link to the video I posted yesterday from Trooper Hubbard's Unit " • Video ".
Trooper Hess attempted to stop this Sentra, for driving in the left lane of Interstate 40, and not passing a vehicle. After he turned on his lights, the Sentra accelerated and while doing so, the female passenger was observed throwing what could have been weed, from the vehicle.
Trooper Hess does an amazing job of keeping Dispatch aware of the events and is surprised when a lone trucker blocks the Sentra from escaping several times. KUDOS to that driver.
During the pursuit, a Spike Strip is deployed and is successful. This is when MAD MAX...AKA Trooper Hubbard, emerges from an entrance ramp and terminates the pursuit with extreme precision (PIT).

Hey Darcy, I also have a channel Cash App.
Thanks 😊. I’ll have one of my “younger” clients teach me how to use those!
That wasn't a normal eighteen-wheeler, it was a DOUBLE-TRAILER truck doing all that maneuvering to block that perp!
That trucker was a boss! I can't handle my SUV nearly as well as he (or she) handled that double-trailer. Really impressive.
Kudos to the truck driver for slowing the speed!
You go tractor trailer!! I feel proud of the Truckers that want to help. Trooper Hubbard has a very calm voice. A real professional.
His voice is so calming
That was a risky little game the truck driver played. However, I give it to him/her, they handled that rig like a boss! I though, at first, he really didn't make much of a difference. Actually, though, he slowed down the pursuit and left more time for more units to join. Plus, he allowed for units to get ahead of the chase to set traps.
I wonder if what I am hearing is true, that truckers are no longer having CB's in there company trucks... If so, would that had hindered them to try to get 2 semi's side by side..... Love seeing the big wheeler to help out the LEO's tho...
That Truck Driver has some mad skills, doing that while pulling doubles! You Sir are my Hero!!
As I am a trucker as well, I am impressed with the fellow driver's actions, as well as the precision and persistence of the troopers! Thank you all....
Well said
@@arkansaspoliceactivity Back in the day (late 60's, early 70's) highway patrol cars had CB radios and would have the truckers ahead of them block off the roadway.
@@billsilvers6066 Not just late 60's early 70's. Copy and paste of my original comment: Back when I was driving truck 200x's and 201x's (speed limit was 65 and 70 in Arkansas back then)... always enjoyed running Arkansas and Tennessee and Texas. The State Troopers were great. Cool unless they had to be tough... and then tough as nails when they needed to be. Lots of the Troopers even had CB's in their cars back then. Many times, they would warn truckers on the CB, to look out when they were involved in a high speed chase... with the direction and mile marker. And many times, truckers would call out and ask if they needed help slowing the vehicle down. Two trucks side-by-side was a pretty good road block. And sometimes even three abreast if the shoulders were wide. Or two in the right lane, and one in the left to block it in, then slow down and force it onto the shoulder. Got quite a few "thanks guys" from the Troopers when the driver finally realized they were NOT going to get around the trucks, and they were NOT going to get away, and finally pulled over. Loved running down south and out west. Michigan and Ohio and Indiana and Illinois and New England... forget it. Truckers would NOT help their Troopers AT ALL. Be a jerk all the time... get treated like one. Oh and, you guys need pusher guards on ALL of your vehicles. Had to wait on Trooper Hubbard, because the original car didn't have one. BUT... I don't think that bothered Trooper Hubbard at all :)
1-Was the trucker hoping for a PIT since the perp wasn't as aggressive to get away as he could? 2- was the trucker intentionally delaying the perp for more time to set up the spikes?
@@arkansaspoliceactivity I have to disagree... UNLESS he was a private owner (i.e. he reports to himself or he's sleeping with his boss situation), his company could very well review that action, publicly commend him but still fire him for cause. You get NMCCM (or other service equivalents) for doing Hero shit, Not in the civilian sector :/
This officer is the definition of professional. Remaining calm, reporting to his supervisors, not endangering himself or anybody else, not letting them get away. Didn’t even need to disparage anyone in the process. This was textbook. We need more officers like these!!
There’s probably a lot more of them out there than we realize. It’s just the bad ones that make the news sadly.
Get your money's worth on this one. Somebody needs to buy that truck driver a cold one. He's gonna be my hero for the day. That was beyond COOL !!!
That Charger coming in for the pit at the last second was like a Lion pouncing on a Gazelle. Sneaky!
Majestic!
Was that Mad Max?
@@acewilliams7917had to be it was too perfectly executed. That’s crazy skill
This is well train Arkansas State Troopers. This state has many like this. Oh, it is now a felony to run from the police at over 15 mph over the speed limit.
Yep!
9:35 That trucker running double trailers did quite the blocking job.
Too bad he didn't have a fellow trucker to block the second lane. Then maybe they could just have come to a complete stop and forced the car to stop. But then the perp likely does drive on the shoulder at that point.
@@timnew6793 Need a third to block the shoulder.
yea that driver had the skills for sure that was fun to watch
@@Leroys_Stuff and that's my new name for any multiple trailer unit now.
You just gotta love truckers
That's the fastest most accurate Pit Maneuver I have ever seen. Awesome Team work from Law Enforcement. Also , that Truck Driver was Awesome for trying to assist Law enforcement. You all deserve medals for the work you do 💙I Love and support our Men and Women in Blue 💙 and Our Truckers out there who put their lives on the line for us ❤️❤️❤️
right on Annmarie
I cracked up as that officer was like "Oh boy now your butt is mine, time to meet my little friend."
You obviously haven't seen the Byrd!
I remember some years back, I mean way back in the 70's, where two truckers did just that and stopped the fleeing car. Got together on their C/B radios and coordinated it. They were tracking the chase as it came towards them by talking with the truckers that the fleeing car passed, knew it was heading towards them. The two truckers set themselves up so they would be just starting over a two lane overpass when the fleeing car caught up to them. The two truckers blocked both lanes, trapped the guy behind them on the overpass, came to a stop with their trailer angled across the entire road, the cops right behind the fleeing car. They had nowhere to go, the trucker were right up to the edge of the protective walls, couldn't get around them, the cops are behind them, and it was about a 30+ foot drop from the overpass where they were stopped, they weren't jumping that.
It was a great story told back then. The truckers were a different breed back in those days, they weren't regulated to death, they stuck together, had a community on the road, they would help the cops like that. Today they have to worry about being sued if they did anything like that, so they're less likely to stick their necks out.
Yeah... back then (even in the 200x's and 201x's), they had their CB's on (me too). Now (and even some back then), they are listening to itunes, or watching a video on their portable DVD player on the dash (usually porn). Used to get drivers pull up to stopped traffic and ask what's going on. My response, "If you would have had your CB on, you would KNOW what's going on".
A 14-year-old kid in Detroit who stole a Ford Mustang out of the factory parking lot jumped off and overpass recently. Screwed him up pretty good.
I'm a trucker and if I saw this I'd do the same thing . always do the right thing no matter what..Trucks are governed mostly at 65 or 70 you can't catch em' but you can sure block em' . Thanks officers for all you do.
@@donf3877 I hardly ever had my CB on unless I was stuck in traffic or saw something worth telling other trucks about, nothing worth having it on otherwise. (This is last 5or so years)
Now I drive for a company that doesn't put them in the trucks and honestly don't feel like I'm missing anything but the nostalgia.
Hey longbow I remember that and a couple more
Excellent pit, spike deployment and team work. Everyone is safe. It doesn't get any better than that.
It amazes me how calm the officers stay during the chase and even when they made the arrest. Wonderful job
Donna calm 100 miles per hour ?

I love it when truckers get involved!! They can be a big help, even if it's just to slow them down. Besides, it makes a great video and shows just how awesome truckers are!
I don't even watch California pursuits anymore, I find theirs to aggravating me. They could learn from you guys!
Thanks Lisa.
Truth!
In California, they'd let the perp pull into a gas station to refuel. 🙄
California gets tv residuals from being on TV I think. California will chase you for jaywalking. I in no way agree with pot but for individual use write a small ticket. For that why get chased and killed or kill someone.
Exactly. A lot of police agencies should look to Arkansas for how it’s done.
Massive respect!
Trooper Hubbard and the Truck Driver did a Fantastic and Fabulous job.
Thank You.
I'm a Retired Truck Driver of 34 Year's.
How smooth was that?? Loved all the teamwork with the trucker and all LEO!! Loved how our trooper gave clear and precise instructions without any profanity at all! Absolute pride in our men in blue.
Miss Sherry, Agreed! 1)The Trooper CHOSE to keep his language clean. He did NOT lower himself to the gutter as SOME State Troopers and other L.E.O.’s do in chase and stop speeders. 2)One of these days, when criminals/speeders are around truckers on our expressways, it would be great IF the truckers worked SAFELY together and prevented a speeder from passing/getting around them by and kept the speeder between them, and the truckers brought their rigs simultaneously together, making the speeding vehicle the middle part of a sandwich😊.
Probably broke up the trucker's mundane trip.
@@listeningeyes3298 If company trucks are skipping the CB's in the cabs... That will get harder to work with each other to do that..... I agree it would be amazing to see pair of trucks side by side as a rolling road block to force the speeder to slow down.
IN MY VIEW
18:29 This trooper reminded me of a hero wearing a cape going after a bad guy. Don’t mess with Arkansas Troopers! They mean business when you step into their yard. I love them all.

That truck driver waited his entire career to do this
That’s so cool of you to say that as your probably absolutely right.
Excellent job. I would have liked to hear a thank you over the PA system for the trucker as he passed.
As a former LEO I never understand why people run over a traffic ticket. You go from a 1 or 2 on a scale of 1 to 10 to an automatic 10
105% of the time, it's because they previously broke the law (and continue to do so, after the fact)? I used to think Fear but "Cops" is a thing enough in people's minds so its more typical Mundane reasons why...
And you also know its so often more than just a ticket.
As a Former LEO I totally agree
Exactly!
Ran for the dope
The cop was so calm during the entire chase, up to and including the arrest. Can tell he takes his job seriously, is professional and takes nothing personal. Great job.
props to that truck driver who tried to stop him!
This may be the calmest officer I've ever heard.
He sounds like a gentle soul. God bless and protect him... And all ASP.
It’s amazing the job these officers did and the fact they didn’t use vulgar language is amazing good job guys
OMG shut TF up. They are allowed to curse . who tf cares about the image
Vulgar language would have made it more interesting.
A mic in the perps car might have been hilarious to listen to when he was behind the truck that kept blocking him.
I think I would have liked to hear that! But then again, maybe not. I imagine the profanity was way over the top. I can over look a little but when it's every other word, that's just too much.
What good was it to block. They could have pitted him and they chose not to?
I appreciate how professional the trooper was during the arrest portion.
It was nice to see a Trooper acting professionally, and not swearing like a thug during the arrest. I find it extremely unprofessional when Police unleashing a string of profanities are these scumbags during arrest. There is no need to stoop to their level...
@@stereodreamer23Agreed! A lot of people see police act that way on TV and think it’s all cool and badass, but in real life it just comes off as crude and unprofessional.
I am just Stunned that these Drivers just WON'T STOP!!!
They'd rather avoid the simple traffic ticket while running up numerous charges, destroying their cars, and endangering multiple lives in the process.
I'm starting to get the feeling that a lot of them do it so they don't get clowned by their friends for being a bitch and pulling over. I think they think they get some kind of cred from running from the cops
Dope
It is because the {justice} system just smacks them on the hands and turns them loose.
Some folks now a days have no respect for others life's or laws... They seam to think I can do anything I want because I want to.
Nice and calm, chill, profi voice and work from officer. Got job and save their lives at low speed pit. Excelent.

@@arkansaspoliceactivity I'm not from Arkansas but love the professionalism viewed in these videos. My hat is off to all you guys for what you do keeping the roadways safe. At the end of the day you guys are human beings just like the rest of us and that showed in this clip! The courtesy you guys showed to those two individuals was commendable. Finally a cop at the end of chase with some balls did a perfect pit and ended things.
@@jonthinks6238 I just watched a pit at 125 miles an hr. Car overturned and driver died, I don't think that's what anybody wants.
@Jon Thinks 🤔 I believe the last time an Arkansas Trooper pitted a person over 110, the driver died and the Trooper was seriously injured.
Look at the Rodney Dunn PIT maneuver case down in arkansas. That was done at a lower speed because the pregnant woman who was driving put her flashers on and slowed down when the officer put their lights on. She was trying to find a safe place to pull off the road because there were concrete barriers on both sides of the highway. I believe they were traveling at around 55 mph when he pulled the pit maneuver which promptly rolled her car over.
@@tammyhooper7314The perp shouldn't have run and he could have stopped at any time. I have no sympathy for him.
And that trucker was pulling doubles that’s hard to make quick moves with them ! We don’t call them wiggle wagons for nothing .

So calm despite the danger and risk.
Hahahaha
Good thing the guy signaled so many of his lane changes. Imagine how many additional counts could have been added for failure to signal if he hadn't.
I was also very impressed that the trooper managed to not use profanity. THAT dude is a true professional.
That Trooper shot by like came out of a cannon to make that pit. No playing around. All this one needed was a taser deployment and maybe a K-9 bite. Imagine turning what would probably be a warning into multiple felonies. Assuming he actually did have his warrants cleared.
This Trooper is the most calm LEO I think I've ever seen. He's awesome. Great job Trooper !
That truck driver set up a pit perfectly but the trooper said he saw the suspect reach down:((((( If not for that it would have been perfect for a pit!
You know that truck driver was enjoying himself and now he has a trucker story to tell his buddies.
Troop remained calm and professional throughout. Kudos
Shout out to the driver of the AAA Cooper truck. Those guys are the best!

Love to see that trucker action he was bossin up!!
The kindest cops ever. They even gave the driver's credit for not endangering other drivers!🤣🤣
That was a beautiful spike stripe stop and pit move. Smooth like butter. Awesome video!!!!
To realize the trucker was pulling pups and changing lanes like that, fucking aces man!
"And I saw the dope you threw out, so y'all gonna get charged with that..."
Used to be common knowledge that you can't outrun "Motorola "; but in 2022-- the A.S.P. will chase one & all, use spike strips, and PIT maneuvers. You can't run, you cannot win, and the professional group working in Arkansas are top-notch; and allowed to book all comers. Next: tow charges and then P.B.&J SAMMICH at Graystone hotel.
That PIT was the best I've ever seen.
I just love that man's voice.
Compulsive liars, poor decision making, and incapable of following simple orders. What do you have to do to have a suspended driver's license? Why are all these people identical????
Because dope makes you stupid.
I wish more jurisdictions would give law enforcement more latitude as they work to keep our communities and highways safer.
Considering that Arizona has highest car crash death rate in US those chases do nothing for the safety on the road.
Arkansas Police Activity do it best! That was great team work right there. Well done to the truck driver also 👍👍😁😁

Personally I think that officer did a great job. He kept up persuit without endangering the public and waited for backup and able to clear the road before taking them out. Good job
They should send tickets in the mail to drivers who deliberately don’t get out the way for lights and sirens. No way you should be that oblivious.
Excellent and very professional…. Great work to all officers involved, especially the main pursuing officer..
Arkansas State Police are the best there is! Always polite even when they shouldn't be. Very Impressive!!
I love the driver of that tandem-trailer semi. He swung each trailer in such a way that it was safe to drive but nearly impassable for the suspect without them going off the road. LOL

I wonder how often truckers assist in chases like these. It’s pretty cool to see.
Nice to see a cop who says “show me your hands” versus “show me your f’ing hands” that has become so common place these days.
I always thought "show me your f***in' hands" meant hands up with middle fingers extended. 🤭
I kept thinking 2 of the semis would get side-by-side so he couldn't pass and then come to a stop. Seems like that would have been a good move so he couldn't continue putting others at risk.
Even better, go side by side but give him just enough gap between the trucks to tempt him into going for it. And......as soon as he does get well into between them they come together and give him the old "Malachi" crunch.....Or at least squeeze in and then come to a stop.
