Would be great to also mention some of the security features such as SSL options but you might be saving this up for the Cloudflare video. Anyway, I'd also recommend CDN77 as a WP-friendly provider with great prices and the best customer service I've experienced.

Hey I know this is an older video but hoping you will see and still reply. I followed your steps then ran a test in GTMETRIX and the test came back with faster fully loaded time speed still not great but much better. But the Page speed score went down. My main bad scores were both directly related to me adding the cdn. 1. Serve resources from a consistent url. 2. Serve scaled images. Any clue how I could fix these?
Thank you so much for a great yet very simple explanation --- you are awesome --- just a quick question - if it didnt work well for me what am i supposed to do after the 14 day trial -- will it automatically set may site back to what it was before cdn????????????????
Personally, I did have some issues with their CDN prior to trying BunnyCDN, but it could have been something I caused. It was related to the .htaccess file. But I am about to throw some major love to Cloudways. I have discount codes ready, full tutorials, all of it.
That would have been a good idea for this video. I will circle around on that for a future video. I see you already tested it on a dev site and there was nearly a second improvement. I say that's worth a few pennies. But as usually YMMV.
Since cloudflare has so many other tools as well would it be possible (or advisible at all) to use one of these CDNs as well as cloudflare? Is that even possible or would they conflict?
Hi, great video! Do you recommend using Bunny CDN over Cloudflare and may I ask which CDN are you using for your website because its really fast! Thanks in advance and hope to hear from you soon. Cheers.
would you use a CDN instead of a caching plug-in or use both? Im not too big on WP caching plugins but im currently using swift. I wonder if using a CDN only is quicker than using swift or if using both is even quicker?
I had a lot of issues with Swift. I am not saying its bad just sharing my experience. That being said, it will certainly give further speed improvements to your website. If you are happy with Swift and it's working for you, you can add the CDN to it and get an additional speed benefit. For me I am using really basic caching right now with a CDN.
Hi Adam, I have just tried Swift Performance plugin and although very effective, I have run into several problems, I look forward to your tutorial on Breeze. I am unsure from the video whether this CDN can run along side the free tier of cloudflare.
Hi @WPCrafter.com, could a CDN help me, to make Elementor as a PageBuilder faster? On some Client Projects I experience that #Elementor Takes more time to load the Editor and the TypingSpeed increases. So I type something in or want to change some Elements and it Takes couple of seconds to make it Happen. So, could a #CDN improves the Speed of the Pagebuilder and further Plugins, when they create a Lot of external CSS / JS-Files and especially, when you create complex and long pieces of Content?
Thanks for the great video. I built my site with Elementor but as soon as I activate and setup this plugin, my site really looks bad. I have purged it through BunnyCDN as well. Any ideas if there are clashes?
Hey Adam, thanks for the video. How would you setup if non media assets comes from one pull zone and media asset are connected to cloud storage and those comes from different zone or URL? Here I am using Digital Ocean Spaces for cloud storage and want to use bunny CDN for those as well.
Hey Adam, I watched a lot of your videos and I'm trying to recoup things regarding the idea of using ShortPixel and a CDN. Considering that images are the heaviest resources twhen a page is loading (if I don't have self hosted videos as you mentioned), and considering that ShortPixel now takes care of that problem, why should I use a CDN in 2019? In case of a DDOS attack to display a cached version of my site while fixing things? Do you see any other valid reasons to go for it? Thanks a lot for your awesome videos. I hope YT rewards you well ;-).
thhnx adam. how well does CDN work with Elementor? I only ask because a lot of FB-chat contains people having loading problems while using Elementor. What is your experiences regarding CDN vs Elementor?
A CDN is fine with Elementor. The problem most are having is with caching / performance plugins and also with Cloudflare. Cloudflare has 1 specific setting called Rocket Loader which causes issues with Elementor. So if you were to use Cloudflare you would have to disable that. I'll say that I am going to do a Cloudflare tutorial for folks and will touch on that.
I have a silly question. I got a client who use different host for emails, so i only control the website which is pointed with A record. Is there a way to use CDN without bothering the DNS change, maybe with only using a plugin?
Do you happen to know how to get images you previously uploaded to switch to the CDN? I run a magazine style blog and my images are still showing they're hosted on WordPress. My logo has switched to the CDN so I know it's working.
Hi Adam, I followed your instructions & have seen a huge performance increase using Inmotion Power plan + BunnyCDN + Breeze tested worldwide on an already optimised low page, minimum plugin size website. My question is: For a LifterLMS online program website, when I install all the necessary plugins the load speed is effected, 2.5 to 4 seconds first visit loading time depending on world wide location, (the extra plugins adding at least 1 second). I would like to have the website I am building load in 1 to 2.5 seconds world wide first visit, so I am wondering if using VPS will enable this, or whether I am better to build a separate website dedicated only to my online programs, that way my main site loads as fast as possible and I minimise cost, plus having a dedicated website for a program could be more reliable not having all in one website. *Wondering how VPS1000HA-S would directly compare to my Inmotion Power plan.* *In terms of testing I have noticed that GT Metrix & Pingdom both have a chache, so the speed you get on second visit + testing is not a true representation of First Visit Load time* For Accurate testing I have found WebPageTest . org to be by far the most accurate, with lots of locations to choose. I also really like: DotCom-Tools . com website speed test as they test Globally with first view & repeat view testing. (First View is the only true accurate measure of website speed, as if a page takes 4 seconds to load many people will bounce to another website regardless of whether GT Metrix or Pingdom say it loads within 2 seconds with cache enabled, First View Speed is Key). Thank you so much for all you share Adam, I will be following with great interest for many months & years into the future, you are an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable & empowering videos : ) To VPS or not to VPS that is the question : )
Hey Adam, I'm using WP Fastest Cache, along with Cloudflare. I just added Cloudflare to the settings in WPFC (didn't know about this until your video) But when I go to the site and view the source, I don't see any kind of CDN looking domains like you showed in the video. Did I do something wrong?
I added a CDN to my website but it is still going slow. Some of the files transefered over but the media in my "media" folder is still coming from the same source... Any advice or something I am missing?
yeah, I think their model is geared toward passing that cost on to clients. They have a white label billing service that allows you to charge clients who you are hosting on your account whatever you want.
I gotta say though, Flywheel is worth the money. Support is amazingly helpful and responsive, their knowledge base is extensive and makes it so you hardly need any support, and everything is clear and easy. It is definitely a hosting company made for and by designers.
❓❓❓I noticed that you didn't repoint your DNS at your domain registrar to point to BunnyCDN's servers. I've seen where this must be done with CloudFlare. Is it not necessary to repoint the DNS with BunnyCDN?
So I figured it out: no DNS repoint needed. Can't say that I see a speed difference on the particular site I'm testing with (on a VPS) but I would think it should help with load time from locations further away from the data center.
I use bunnycdn with my 2 sites with elegant themes. I have problems with one site wich runs divi theme. bunnycdn kills my whole stylesheet,code...I see broken website....:( Other site, wtich runs Extra theme itruns smoothly....Where problem can be???
HI Adam, Really enjoy your videos. I installed bunny cdn to one of my clients websites to speed it up, I also had installed short pixel for image optimisation, both of these certainly helped the speed, but now when I make changes in elementor to a page, they are not reflected on the website. for example I added some top padding to a couple of images - they moved in elementor but wont move on the live website. This only started happening since I installed these two plugins. I deactivated short pixel, nothing happened so i deactivated bunny cdn and everything started working again. Reactivated short pixel and now all is ok. Do you have any suggestions as why bunny cdn did this? thanks very much.
What is your opinion about " Photon by Jetpack " CDN Function ? Is it bloated ? Does it work ? What is your best suggestion for a FREE ( actually FREE ) CDN service ? Do you have a video tutorial for using FREE Cloudflare with WordPress ?
That is not the loaded time, that is the "fully loaded" time. It is after EVERYTHING is loaded including all the scripts that have no bearing on visually seeing my website. It's not what the user experiences, my TTI "time to interactive" is less than a second. You really should learn about these things before you try to call someone out.

What about using this for a course website where you really don't want a lot of things being cached?
All your images and CSS will be delivered from the CDN. I would say try it out.
*Wondering how VPS1000HA-S would directly compare to my Inmotion Power plan.*
*In terms of testing I have noticed that GT Metrix & Pingdom both have a chache, so the speed you get on second visit + testing is not a true representation of First Visit Load time*
For Accurate testing I have found WebPageTest . org to be by far the most accurate, with lots of locations to choose.
Thank you so much for all you share Adam, I will be following with great interest for many months & years into the future, you are an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable & empowering videos : )
To VPS or not to VPS that is the question : )
Hey Adam, I'm using WP Fastest Cache, along with Cloudflare. I just added Cloudflare to the settings in WPFC (didn't know about this until your video) But when I go to the site and view the source, I don't see any kind of CDN looking domains like you showed in the video. Did I do something wrong?
Should we delete all content in the MEDIA (Wordpress) since now its in the CDN?
Who is from the SEOBuddy Checklist?
Hey Adam, can Breeze plugin purge stale content from bunnycdn?
I added a CDN to my website but it is still going slow. Some of the files transefered over but the media in my "media" folder is still coming from the same source... Any advice or something I am missing?
Does bunny CDN mess with thrive architect?
It shouldn't mess with any page builder or plugin.
Hello can install the bunny CDN plugin & still add it to my caching plugin Autoptimizer
why you not use this anymore? I check and see that you use cloudflare. is it better? do you use free or pay cloudflare version?
I just switched to Flywheel and the CDN addon is an option, but it is $10/month/per site.
Oh wow. I didn’t realize it was not included for free. That’s crazy expensive and really adds up if you are using it on several websites.
yeah, I think their model is geared toward passing that cost on to clients.
Bunnycdn doesn't improve my website speed. What should I do?
one query .. what if our audience is local to web host .will cdn still route the data through its nearest server
I am using a cdn and its giving me a 98 on mobile, however, when i disable it, my website mobile speed goes up to 100… not exactly speeding it up.
Anyone else having issues with their CSS not working properly after installing the BunnyCDN?
I wonder if you have some options enabled on BunnyCDN that is minifying the code.
@@WPCrafter well, in "Cache" I see only these: "Disable Cookies" - on; "Ignore Query Strings" - on. That's all. Thanks for your Support.
I fixed. Thanks.
@@misterl9850 Hello. How did you fix the issues?
HI Adam, Really enjoy your videos. I installed bunny cdn to one of my clients websites to speed it up, I also had installed short pixel for image optimisation, both of these certainly helped the speed, but now when I make changes in elementor to a page, they are not reflected on the website. for example I added some top padding to a couple of images - they moved in elementor but wont move on the live website. This only started happening since I installed these two plugins. I deactivated short pixel, nothing happened so i deactivated bunny cdn and everything started working again. Reactivated short pixel and now all is ok. Do you have any suggestions as why bunny cdn did this? thanks very much.
and just to add I have been purging bunny cdn every time I make a change on the website, but still doesnt work
How do you assess how many gigs/mo you use?
👏👏👏
Thanks for watching Ray B.!
What is your opinion about " Photon by Jetpack " CDN Function ?
Is it bloated ?
Does it work ?
What is your best suggestion for a FREE ( actually FREE ) CDN service ?
Do you have a video tutorial for using FREE Cloudflare with WordPress ?
I'm not really a fan of anything in jetpack.
This one i didnt understand fully and my site says i still have no CDN
your own website loaded time is 5.0s and 41 requests ..?
That is not the loaded time, that is the "fully loaded" time. It is after EVERYTHING is loaded including all the scripts that have no bearing on visually seeing my website. It's not what the user experiences, my TTI "time to interactive" is less than a second. You really should learn about these things before you try to call someone out.
@@WPCrafter Dear Sir, i am realy sorry i didnot mean to call out i just try to ask question maybe my english is so thats why i question look misbehave but i just want to know why i respect you admire you...........you doing good work sir hope you accept my apology ...
