    I've been on a journey on my skin care for 5 years and found some methods that really help my face skin look great:
    1. Stay hydrated with plenty of water.
    2. Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on your face before bed.
    3. Cleanse your facial skin with lukewarm water and use litllextra riiceberry face wash wich has black rice water and use it twice a day.
    4. Drink bitter gourd and lauki juice to cleanse the body.
    5. Lastly, be happy! Your skin appears best when you are happy from inside.

      Hence, I am writing this review post using riceberry facewash rigorously for a week, and I can attest to its high quality. It entirely removed dust from my face, resulting in it clean, oil-free, soft, and shinning. An outstanding thing of this facewash is that post application at night, my face stayed non-greasy until the morning, preserving its softness. Containing the benefits of black rice water and mulberry, it improved my skin's radiance. The best part is that it's appropriate for all skin types, allowing my entire family to enjoy it.

      Nikola idk coz I literally never use any face wash I use to think that oh it’s bad for me and just wore moisturiser but I’m using this simple purifying face wash, but I watched Hyrams video saying the simple gel clear blue bottle is good for our skin so I need to get that, and then I use simple toner and then simple moisturiser, but apparently cera ve is better, but I’m broke lol, also sunscreen only if I’m going out in the sun tho

    • @pianoandeden
      @pianoandeden 3 роки тому +12

      @@9kola425 well I personally every now and again if I NEED a deep cleanse will use cerave SA as ofc I have dry and sensitive skin so Im rly careful when it comes to cleansing my skin. for the most part I have a rly simple routine. every morning i use my aloe vera body shop cleanser with my knockoff foreo cleansing vibrator and my simple replenishing rich moisturiser to hydrate and moisturize my skin. every other day for a natural gentle exfoliator I use my homemade shea butter, tumeric and coffee ground soap in the shower in the morning to help with blemishes, dark spots and give me a natural glow. Products is only like 40% of clear skin if u ask me. I'd say the rest is 30% how much water you drink and 30% if you are eating cleaner foods e.g not too much junk food. my skin has cleared up quite a lot over the past 2 months following this consistent routine. I'd say give it a month I'll have clear skin. sorry for the long paragraph lol

    Can we acknowledge how difficult it is to find a skin care routine that is:
    - Budget friendly
    - good for Acne prone AND maturing skin
    - frangrance free
    - AND cruelty free....
    None of these options for acne prone oily skin are cruelty free 😫
    I usually opt for fragranced products cuz id rather have fragrance then choose something that isnt cruelty free..

      i mean, the not-yet-cruelty free products are going to be made regardless of your personal purchase because there truly is no ethical consumption under capitalism. so why harm your skin with fragrance? research is confirming over and over again that it absolutely causes irritation and inflammation, even if we can't see it. the damage will rear its head eventually. animal testing sucks so spend a bit more for reliable fragrance free skincare for your skin type or just get the stuff you can until more companies go cruelty free because they eventually will. y'all, fragrance causes and amplifies so many skin problems, wreaks havoc on the moisture barrier (stratum corneum) and we REALLY underestimate the extent to which it occurs :'((

      River ugh I get what your saying but why would we hurt and kill many animals just so we can get good looking skin. Also when someone buys cruelty free that means they aren't giving money to companies that they won't make as many products and more money to the better companies so they can make more products. It won't change drastically but more people buying cruelty free can make a bigger change.

      Sugar definitely is a HUGE culprit. When I go sugar free & low carb at the same time, my skin is noticeably clearler with NO ance. As soon as I break that, and get a craving for ice cream, and indulge, my face is BUMP CITY.
      So its probably sugar and could very well be dairy as well, since ice cream is my go-to for sugar cravings.

    I personally love the biore oily skin line because it doesn't break me out & it takes off all the oil off my face at the end of of day without making it dry

    I personally use Bioderma H2o miscellar water. I love this and it is by far my go to and favorite! This really gets your makeup off and is a great alternative when you want to refresh or cleanse your face without stripping it by over washing. I use a cotton pad and just swipe my face and see so much come off. Sometimes I use this when I wake to "cleanse" my face from Retin-A 1% cream from my night routine and prior to applying my morning routine. It does not strip my skin or irritate my sensitive and at times dry skin. It did not irritate me and for the price is well worth it. I love the ease of a pump, but it is not a necessarily a necessity because you can get a bit more product should you not purchase the pump version. Regardless, this is a staple for anyone who loves to wear makeup or who just needs an alternative to soap and water, and is great for on the go. There are small travel friendly versions that I carry with me! My entire family loves this product.

      The ordinary, try their hylaronic acid serum first after toning. Then their natural moisturizing factors + HA moisturizer. It has done wonders for my skin and it’s cold as hell in Canada so my skin is currently super dry.

    • @cheynaynay57
      @cheynaynay57 4 роки тому +4

      Use the neutrogena hyrdoboost gel cream (the extra dry skin one that is fragrance free) and apply when skin is still wet. Then when that dries down apply the cerave mositurizer! The dark blue one in the tub. Or you can use the neutrogena oil free sensitive skin (the purple one) moisturizer!
      It will help so much

    I used the hydro boost moisturizer once (until the bottle was gone) but I couldn’t with the SMELL. It smells like a middle school boys locker room ( ya know, the ones that just bathe in the axe). It’s so overpowering so I’m so so so glad they are now making fragrance free stuff since the hydro boost stuff isn’t half bad.
