    You need to season your disc differently than in this video. The burner you are using here doesn't seem to be heating up the metal enough to polymerize the oil. Heat the metal until it changes color. Wipe the oil on the disc and then wipe it off so there is only a thin layer. Let the disc cool. Repeat three or four times until the surface becomes non-stick. Clean up will be a simple thing once the disc is seasoned properly. Other than that; nice build!

    Awesome video. Thanks. What size angle iron for the holder? Looks like 1.5"? Any issues eith burner not being right against the skottle? I know tembo puts theres right at it. Touching. Thanks.

      Thanks. No issues at all with the burner. Just wind can be an issue. I have been planning to make a wind deflector next time I get the chance. I could then turn that side to face the wind. Yes I believe it is 1.5.

      I feel like it makes a good amount of food. I can easily make a large meal that will be shared amongst my wife and my daughter and myself.
