Its hard for me to not be on my phone alot, because I am building up my own crochet small business and I always have the feeling I need to be online to creat content, be uptoday with trends etc, see if somebody ordered, edit content, edit Etsy listings, pictures, researching about seo etc. But I really wanna break this habit and set a time where I am not alowed to use my phone or any digital Product.
