  • Cisco doing a bunch of one arm pull ups with each arm. He is capable of 35lb weighted one arm pull ups.

    i have watched a bunch of videos on people doing one arm pullups, but u are the first person i have seen actually doing them correctly and in proper form. Good job man

    I'm 5'9 ,180 and I can. I think technique and strength is more important than height and weight for this.

    I can barely do like 4 one arm pull ups, but I have to wrap my wrist with my other hand, so I do assisted one arm pull ups and that's very fatiguing.
    Keep it up dude. That's very inspiring!

    would you recommend training on the weight assisted chin up machine with one hands and dropping the weight down as a good strategy till you get to 0, for someone who wants to learn how to do this in a gym.

    this is probably been answered before but how heavy are u in kilograms ?
    how did u progress from kipping ? did u kip to get reps or work on the negatives slower etc
    i can currently do 1 rep each arm if i kip at the very beginning

    Agreed. It's because you are training one muscle at a time, or only one and it is totally at someone's disadvantage to have 2 different sized arms. Second, the pulling up forces back and neck bone, ends up damaging it.

    If anyone is curious, from my experience, archer pull ups are one of the best ways to strengthen your body for one armed pull ups.
