i have watched a bunch of videos on people doing one arm pullups, but u are the first person i have seen actually doing them correctly and in proper form. Good job man
Fantastic strength and brilliant form! Thanks for posting this - after watching I realise that I am too old and probably will end up wrecking my arm if I tried it. I take my hat off to this guy.
This is amazing. What does Cisco do this training for? Is it just for the sake of being able to do the exercise or is it training for climbing or something else?
That's crazy. Do you use any supplements for strength developing and faster muscle recovery? I'd like to start strength training myself and would like all the help I can get. Thanks and great job!
WHOA! Very impressive strength fella! I can't do one, but I can do a couple with reverse hand grip which is easier anyway. How long did it take you to get to that level?
beast mode!!!!!!!! and you have very very good form on them, while trying to work on this slowly ( assited singles once or twice a week with weighted pullups) i sir envey you.
I can barely do like 4 one arm pull ups, but I have to wrap my wrist with my other hand, so I do assisted one arm pull ups and that's very fatiguing. Keep it up dude. That's very inspiring!
I don't doubt you're strong but how long did it take you to get the technique down? Right now I can crank out perfect pullups like no tomorrow but I wobble when I use one arm
would you recommend training on the weight assisted chin up machine with one hands and dropping the weight down as a good strategy till you get to 0, for someone who wants to learn how to do this in a gym.
Respect... I know well how much strength is needed for 1armed pull-up... i'm sytill striving to do 1 with good form ;/ this man is just insanely strong
this is probably been answered before but how heavy are u in kilograms ? how did u progress from kipping ? did u kip to get reps or work on the negatives slower etc i can currently do 1 rep each arm if i kip at the very beginning mammoth effort by the way
Agreed. It's because you are training one muscle at a time, or only one and it is totally at someone's disadvantage to have 2 different sized arms. Second, the pulling up forces back and neck bone, ends up damaging it.
12 years later, still badass
the best one on youtube , been watching this since 2008
2008 is a good year
i have watched a bunch of videos on people doing one arm pullups, but u are the first person i have seen actually doing them correctly and in proper form. Good job man

Been training OA Pulls for a while but I'm worlds behind this dude.
I'm 5'9 ,180 and I can. I think technique and strength is more important than height and weight for this.
Can you?
This is one of my long term goals. Must be awesome to be able to do that!
Simply awesome! Finally somebody who does it correctly with proper form.
Fantastic strength and brilliant form! Thanks for posting this - after watching I realise that I am too old and probably will end up wrecking my arm if I tried it. I take my hat off to this guy.
you are the best of all i ever seen doin' it. congrats
That has to be one of the most impressive feats I've ever seen! Notice he's doing pullups and not chinups, which are easier.

Finally someone who is genuine and is executing this to perfection. You're God!!

This is amazing. What does Cisco do this training for? Is it just for the sake of being able to do the exercise or is it training for climbing or something else?

WHOA! Very impressive strength fella! I can't do one, but I can do a couple with reverse hand grip which is easier anyway. How long did it take you to get to that level?

That officially puts me to shame! Awesome strength.
True strength. Enough to be deemed "beast"

This nikka crazy.......i respect that
its been about a monthish and i got halfway up on the oap. thanks for the tips from earlier conversations.
ignoring the bicep/back strength for a sec - the forearm endurance is very impressive

majority of people could never reach this ability so he is gifted
Why in the world would people dislike this!??
Great job. Great job.

This guy is so good even the haters love him. Gotta be the first time ever for a youtube-clip
Awsome strength man :)
Speaking on two arm pull up, how much two arm pull up CAN Cisco do?
Really impressive!
Doing a single one-arm pull/chin is amazing to see. Doing a full set?
mind=blown
beast mode!!!!!!!! and you have very very good form on them, while trying to work on this slowly ( assited singles once or twice a week with weighted pullups) i sir envey you.
you're a fucking beast man ! good job !
dude, that is some kick ass strength! One day I'm gonna do one!
Insane.... you are a beast bro ;)
this is insane strength!
Dude, that is intense.
would you recommend training on the weight assisted chin up machine with one hands and dropping the weight down as a good strategy till you get to 0, for someone who wants to learn how to do this in a gym.
Dude thats awesome strength wel done
@rogeair WOW, great work! just curious how many pullups can you do two-handed (normal -reverse grip and front grip)?
Respect...
I know well how much strength is needed for 1armed pull-up... i'm sytill striving to do 1 with good form ;/
this man is just insanely strong
Wow, how long did you have to train to be able to do that?
Thanks now I feel like going to the gym hardcore!!!
Dude, please tell me how did you train to do this amazing stuff.
Seriously impressive
I'd like to propose a challenge: Anyone who dislikes this video should post a video of them doing more/better one-arm pullups.
amazing strength!
BEAST.
wanted to ask:
except negative OAC and static holds what other exrercises i can do to develop strength for an OAC ?(and after that an OAP)
His technique is serious!!
dude! DUDE! unbelievable!
Impressive! Any tips on how to build up to this?
omg man,incredibly strength
Overhand one-arm?! I'm just now doing ok with with under-hand. How'd you get your grip comfy? These make my palms hurt.
Good job bro!
I can hardly do a pull up with both arms, that dudes got a talent
Crazy! And doing it in pull ups are much harder than in chin ups!
i know right, you're so right.
same man. the oap wears and tears so much on your body. just keep practicing.
this is probably been answered before but how heavy are u in kilograms ?
how did u progress from kipping ? did u kip to get reps or work on the negatives slower etc
i can currently do 1 rep each arm if i kip at the very beginning
mammoth effort by the way
wow you got some real strength
dude that is freaking awesome, how many 2 arms can you do in a row?
Agreed. It's because you are training one muscle at a time, or only one and it is totally at someone's disadvantage to have 2 different sized arms. Second, the pulling up forces back and neck bone, ends up damaging it.
That is freaking awesome!!! I'm gonna train for that!!
Fully extended 1 armed pull ups without kicking and jerking your way up like most dudes! Nice Job!!
truly impressive.
If anyone is curious, from my experience, archer pull ups are one of the best ways to strengthen your body for one armed pull ups.
nice work!
and that is proper form!
