    Thanks to all for the support and compliments and thank you to all the negative people that inspire me also. I'm very flattered when someone has to reach as far a Olympian to compare me to or to say I was out done by one,I never claim to be a gymnast or claim to be the best,(I haven't been doing this since I was seven)

  • @Mahoody
    @Mahoody 11 років тому +2

    I can not help but flex while I'm watching this. Sound absurd, but that output of effort is flippin amazing, and motivates the hell out of me... I NEED TO GO TO THE NEAREST PULL UP BAR !

    Zef is probably the best at muscle ups on all of youtube. He just has incredible raw strength.

    This is one of the sickest videos on youtube. The one arm dip is ill! Zef, you are definitely waaaaay better than when I first started watching your videos on here a couple years ago.

  • @tyciol

    This is innovative, wow. I would have never thought of this stuff. I guess when you get strong you feel less distraction by fatigue and your brain can work while your body does and you can imagine stuff better. You get connected to that bar and can envision more things to do with it. I'm such a weakling, all I can focus on is the pull and my mind is blank, these men have freed themselves of that preoccupation.

    what people dont realize is that pullups will increase you lat pulldown strength tremendously, but heavy lat pulldowns wont improve you pullup ability much at all. Ive met many body builders who could do some impressive lat pulldowns but couldnt for the life of them do more than 5-6 pullups.
    Pullups build functional strength, where as lat pulldowns build good strength for lat pulldowns, but not much else. Thats why gymnasts are pound some of the strongest athletes on the planet.

  • @adilsafir
    @adilsafir 14 років тому

    just that pull-up to dip takes power. once you can deal with your own weight, you can do anything. it all starts when you can do 20 press-ups, and im not joking!

    Another example: 100m dash runners have power to exert a lot of force, at a high rate of speed, over a certain distance (100m). An endurance runner can exert a lesser force, at a lesser speed, but because of muscular endurance they can do this many more times, consistently. Sprinters can run really fast a couple times, get tired, run exponentially decreasing times. Distance runners run medium to slow speeds, don't get as tired as quickly, and slow down at a much more linear rate.

    I just get clean $ for those that understand the term. I love to compete on any level,that brings the best out of me win lose or draw. I not about disrespecting another grown man because I feel he's not own my level and I don't feel the need to sit behind my PC and criticize a person for the way they choose to exercises or spend their spare time. motivation is the key to success, ignorance is the road to failure.
