Actually there is no issue with a dodger and Bimini. Plenty of space. The low boom is well thought out and adds sail area and allows easy access to sail bag. The galley is easy underway and again well thought out.
The boat looks good but I personally did not like the interior layout, especially the galley without safe support for cooking at sea (too open). Also, the lower boom probably creates challenges for installation of a bimini and splash hood.
The layout is great. The single level works well. Dodger is very large with very large viewing panels. I would add my own Bimini to cover the helm. Very large sail locker. Helm may be a bit exposed for long passages but that is yet to be tested. Awesome yacht
So i own this boat and im having Trouble adjusting the Boose Sound system. Does anyone know how to adjust the Sound system? Im wondering if i Can Turn of the speakers in the cockpit, but have Them on in the saloon. If you have an possible solution please respond. Thank you.
Hi, GTE it's from the french "Grand Tirant d'Eau" and basically means big/deep draft, so long keel. There is also the PTE (Petit Tirant d'Eau == small/shalow draft == short keel).
well with that boom height you really cant have a bimini ! it is a pretty boat but without shade in the sun is hard .. i dont even know why boats dont come with it already !
Nice boat and all, but jesus christ. "a lot of storage" in the galley?? I think not. Hardly anything really. From what I've seen there's just a single pull-out cabinet with 2 drawers. Fridge is immediately to the right of it. Then the popup microwave, then the oven. Then the freezer, then the sink. So basically just the single drawer you show pulled out. Lol.
Virtually every good sea going boat these days has teak decks, whether it's Hallberg Rassy, Nautor's Swan, Nordship, etc,, who have all had many boats circumnavigate. What makes this design ridiculous is the 'inclined' decks- it's just a perfect conduit for green water to flood the cockpit in any sort of seaway. Idiotic to my eye.

For Pete's sake what about the aft stateroom/rooms?
AMAZING! JEANNEAU IS THE BEST!!!
That's a nice house. And it looks like one on the water.
Yet my old year old son likes it - very much!
Rear cabin(s) or did I miss that?
why dont boats come already with a bimini ? why didnt u show the back canins and the head ?

Lovely

Good Points. I agree.
Lol, I always let women take care of installing bikinis 😂
@@giovannialtamore LOL Thanks for calling out the typo. I've just corrected it. 😂😂
Does it have a bow locker for sails etc? It looks like a forward hatch.
Very large sail locker. Access to the thruster at the bottim

Very nice
Can this boat sail through drake channel or northern passage with out modification?
Is There A Standard Bow Thruster installed (built-in) On These New Sun Odyssey 440.??
Nevermind. I finally heard about it on the video.
There is a retractable bowthruster.
I see the term GTE and it appears to be related to the keel. Can you please explain what GTE means? Thanks

Süperior outside but inside :(

Just not true. I am on the boat right now and it has one
Please give us the specs.

All that sound proofing - yet the floorboards still creek ...?????!!!!!
“Sunata See”
I'll have to readjust myself. Right now the boat seems pig ugly to me. The hull is to high and square and the interior is pure Ikea.
Nuno Santiago IKEA is the right word. Practical to use but not durable and cheap-looking.
Beautiful outside but ugly inside
Gun Lee I agree... very cardboard box flavored....
Interior design of the previous models are much better and cozy.
SNAFU, no cover for the man on the Helm. noone wants to sit in the sun and elements all day and night
Teak decks not a real sailor's boat.
