Wow. This floor plan is amazing. This boat is incredible. 64 feet and seems like 80.. beautiful. The garage.. I would go with the work bench room. And that Aft cabin.. to die for. So much sleeping space. U could fish off the back! Simply amazing. As for sailing it around the world.. the center console look a little exposed to the elements , but I'm sure there is a solution. It's Gorgeous.
One thing is to sail a super yacht and another is to watch a group of people using one for extended trips. After seeing the SV Delos crew on their Amel, 54 I'm liking a protected console and being shielded from the sun & harsh elements for long voyages.
+Mike Zoe Agree as well. My choice is th Antares 44i cat. IMO the best world cruiser. Of course all the give and takes betwwen a monohull and a multi apply. That's why we have choices :-)
curios if that oven is actually induction and not electric?? really like this boat with only one problem- that nav desk seems like an after thought! something I may just have to get used to. I notice that the Bordeaux 60 has a large dedicated nav station!
thank´s for this detailed Informations about this nice Boat. Very competent presentation ! I vacillate between Hanse and Jeanneau . . . this 22 minutes would be helpful. thx
I've been watching the 64 closely as a potential charter yacht but the forward crew cabin would not be sufficient really as there is no dedicated shower/head (seems you need to use a guest cabins) If you use the lateral cabin and the port aft day head, i can't quite tell, but i couldn't see a shower?
+Jerrid Stottlemyre On power boats maybe, like the galleys on naval vessels? I don't see anything nautical or traditional about the interior. I can't afford it anyway but if I could, I certainly would not buy a boat with this ugly of an interior.
+1 to that bucket list goal. My problem is I like the sexy flat decks, but suspect more protected center cockpits are far better once it gets cold and stormy ;-)
Does anyone know the name of the knot depicted on the pillow at 16:16/16:25? It kinda looks like a carrick bend, or maybe a sheet bend. Apparently it's a tongue-in-cheek joke among Jeanneau employees, but I don't get it. Thanks.
You can sponsor me if you wish I'm a disabled family man looking to get my family out to the ocean and then see some beautiful places and people your beautiful boat would be perfect for a less able man like myself if not it's still a beautiful boat any one would be proud to sail the 64
letseggroll Just kidding although I think you are right , these things are just overpriced toys, that's what they Are, I kinda wonder how long would it takes before I'm bored out of my mind with it, Even if I could've afford it I wouldn't buy, probably better off renting one.
I like the way he established the upper deck as the place where people spend most of there time, this differentiates the refreshing approach taken with the saloon design. " Vary nicely dune". This is the Boat I would use for entertaining guest. If I were to propose to my girlfriend on this yacht she would marry me and take it in the divorce for sure, and who could blame her. My weenier is no-where near as nice as this Boat.
Мне яхта понравилась. Думаю хорошая инвестиция в яхту. Как заработаю на проектах. Буду присматривать себе яхту. Всем успехов в бизнесе! Крепкого здоровья вам! Всего доброго.
The reason why, is because it’s an unknown figure, it varies depending on where you keep it and how much sailing you do. But expect with berthing fees and maintaining in Europe, firs5 year minimum costs from 25,000 to 35,000€ until she starts to age and need serious repaît and renewals, then the sky’s the limit.
I notice you never once mention price, I know I know , if you have to ask , it simply means, you can't afford it, ah eh em, anyone knows of a go fund me site for wanna be yatch owner?
Sales presentations should be features and benefits and this is all features while you infer the benefits. As well it's very rushed. Try lying on a bed so people can judge the roominess. Sit down sometimes and pan for different viewpoints. Anything but rattling off great storage. Flash the screen with different layouts. Don't just talk about them. People are visual and you are selling a dream not fridge. My humble opinion. Nothing more.
Mee Guy One of the great things about this boat is that it has been set up to sail with a short crew. As a matter of fact they specifically moved all of the sail handling to the aft helm, added all power winches and these new winches haul line in and feed it out, and control the main with a main sheet winch that is under the floor boards at the base of the mast. Many sail trim operations are push button including the electric furling head sail. If you added electric furling to the jib, it would all be automated. I doesn't get any easier for two to sail than this boat. Many luxuries as well.
Honestly, the speaker was terrible. Saying ‘uh’ every few words is completely unprofessional. He needs lessons on public speaking before you do another video.
Have a look at Elley Grey built for a couple to sail the world delivered in 2012 better build quality better equipped turns heads where ever she goes an electric furling square sail for the trade winds , a jaccusi under the after deck and a fraction of this price vat payed .
Why are these big companis doing things to protect our enivroment by useing electric drives and composting toiets, solar pannels, windturbines and sail drives.
Complain about that when you review power boats not sailboats. What's wrong with you? Electric engines are fine for a lake or small harbor but you cannot take them on oceans. Tell us all about the sail boats you have owned and where you sailed them.
In the Jeanneau videos there is always a woman steering the boat and a guy sitting relaxing next to her. If that is some "social justice" gimmick, it really turns me off...
+longbeachboy57 Yeah, it sure sucks when a company recognizes that women have the capability to skipper a yacht and then have the temerity to show a woman at the helm. That must really mess with your rigid 1950s-based anti-equality gender role beliefs. But let's take a closer look at those numbers for the Jeanneau videos: 54': man at helm 13 times, woman at helm 8 times 57': man at helm exclusively because no woman is included in the video at all. 64': man at helm 27 times, woman at helm 4 times So, you went and got your sexism gene all in a knot because a company dared to show a woman "in charge" of a yacht approximately 18% of the time. If this upsets you now you're in for a sucky future, 'cause this whole social equality "gimmick" (!) is here to stay. Deal. BTW: beautiful yacht, Jeanneau!
Wow. This floor plan is amazing. This boat is incredible. 64 feet and seems like 80.. beautiful. The garage.. I would go with the work bench room. And that Aft cabin.. to die for. So much sleeping space. U could fish off the back! Simply amazing. As for sailing it around the world.. the center console look a little exposed to the elements , but I'm sure there is a solution. best presentation I have seen so far ,good camera guidance, and a wonderfull vessel. Thnak you
Excellent tour video with the very detail explanation!!
One thing is to sail a super yacht and another is to watch a group of people using one for extended trips. After seeing the SV Delos crew on their Amel, 54 I'm liking a protected console and being shielded from the sun & harsh elements for long voyages.
+Mike Zoe agreed.
+Mike Zoe Agree as well. My choice is th Antares 44i cat. IMO the best world cruiser. Of course all the give and takes betwwen a monohull and a multi apply. That's why we have choices :-)
definitely.
From what i understand, the Jeanneau 64 is also providing a hard top in option.
I guess some people would prefer sailing in a bus..
Fantastic boat. Thanks for sharing. But i think the refrigerator looks small.
Now that's how to show a boat! Thank you, enjoyed it!
really nice boat and presentation
I started taking a shot every time he says 'uuuhhhh', now im dead.
why not stop watch earlier to save your life ?
I have no problem with an organic recording.
I’m sure you could have done better...
This is very very gorgeous beautiful boat and decks of beautiful
Great presentation 👍🏻👍🏻
What I like about jeanneau is that they fit alot of cabins in a small space unlike other companies so you friends can really have a sleepover
curios if that oven is actually induction and not electric?? really like this boat with only one problem- that nav desk seems like an after thought! something I may just have to get used to. I notice that the Bordeaux 60 has a large dedicated nav station!
mike carey I was going to say, is this a sailboat or a condo?
This is amazing.

There is a shower for crew....it's small
Fantastic layout.. what dream to go on a long sailing voyage with a couple of other friends or family couples.. beautiful boat..!!
i was just wondering if it rains while navigation. sitting ducks.
I forgot how closely stainless steel is tied with nautical tradition...
+Jerrid Stottlemyre On power boats maybe, like the galleys on naval vessels? I don't see anything nautical or traditional about the interior. I can't afford it anyway but if I could, I certainly would not buy a boat with this ugly of an interior.
This comment cracks me up! 😆
I would prefer to sell my condo in the city and live on this full time.
Rick Gonzalez my goal is to have one of these or 57 and sail the world. One thing on my bucket list is to sail around Antarctica
+1 to that bucket list goal.
My problem is I like the sexy flat decks, but suspect more protected center cockpits are far better once it gets cold and stormy ;-)
arround? circunavigation of the globe in antartica?
that is my boat i love it is the best boat & good presentation
Nice boat.
Sorry, hate the saloon, looks like a studio apartment full of Ikea. Galley is lacking too. The deck is beautiful!
Some body know how is minimum deep wather for anchor this yacht with 2.2 m draft?
Awesome...
Does anyone know the name of the knot depicted on the pillow at 16:16/16:25? It kinda looks like a carrick bend, or maybe a sheet bend. Apparently it's a tongue-in-cheek joke among Jeanneau employees, but I don't get it. Thanks.
+screaminglegs Looks like a carrick bend to me, but I don't get the joke either.
+Matt Cass Thanks for the reply. I've asked the Jeanneau Owners Group on Twitter. Maybe one of them knows.
Looks like a figure eight
Thegrill is ridiculous:)
Is this thing even possible to ne sailed with 1 or 2 people?
I want one. Can i get a DS version so I can stay warm?
What about the skipper cabin?
Nice yacht wonder how much does that cost.
Christian Benn It starts at 1 Million € if i recall correctly.
Around about 873 000 uk pound
Looks very similar to the CNB Bordeaux 60
You can sponsor me if you wish I'm a disabled family man looking to get my family out to the ocean and then see some beautiful places and people your beautiful boat would be perfect for a less able man like myself if not it's still a beautiful boat any one would be proud to sail the 64
wonder what the up keep cost is per year.
they say that the yearly cost is 10% of the factory price so around 10g$
100g$*
I hope it isn't 10% per year, this is a $1.2 million yacht
letseggroll Just kidding although I think you are right , these things are just overpriced toys, that's what they Are, I kinda wonder how long would it takes before I'm bored out of my mind with it, Even if I could've afford it I wouldn't buy, probably better off renting one.

I lost count of how many “ah...ah...ah” he did
And so forth....

I 'm in Love

Lots of these presentation videos of lovely yachts but none talk of the annual running costs of such vessels!
Where is Sandi? Bring her back.
I know! right?
He got that 250kg tender in the garage with nothing less than black magic.
I got 5 on it.
That's a lot of systems for maintenance ppl to mess up
I notice you never once mention price, I know I know , if you have to ask , it simply means, you can't afford it, ah eh em, anyone knows of a go fund me site for wanna be yatch owner?
Have to go for an old one like me because one of these goes for $1,200,000
Tag 915 Omg $1.2 m is nothing , Don't be cheap :)
Patony Brooks not cheap considering the wood looks like recycled Ikea furniture would want a nice teak interior for that price
Joshua Myles I'm a poor ass acting like a jokester
Keep going guys
What's the base price $$$..?
€858,000 which is around $1,200,000
yes please :)
What is so difficult about pronouncing Miele? It’s pronounced simply as ‘mee-le’
squeaky hatch up front and squeaky tender winch.
So you’ve never been on a boat then?
how much
thejoker2k4 740 000 uk pound to 1 000 000 uk pound
more of the fan of the 57 this just doesn't look as sleek

I bet its like 2- 3 millions to own
Depending on options and extras. 1.5 mill +.
I think is about 1.1 US dollars. but with the extras can reach that
Mee Guy Yes it is getting more affordable as the dollar gets stronger against the Euro. Good time to buy Mee Guy. The extras also add up quickly.
roger it is possible to sail this sailboat with only 2 people? ( captain and girl )

The best way to represent (and sell) boats: without annoying background music and girls in bikini.
Pity such a beaut yacht has such a poorly made dodger. Such a shame the dealers let that sort of workmanship happen on the commissioning.
Непременно куплю, когда разбогатею.
Why such a shitty chart table in these modern yachts?
the floor is cryng... fkn noise sound
"And you see no lines hanging about"......Lines? Oh you mean sheets!
Made for ppl with irritablile bowl syndroms? i mean,... 4 toilets, cmon.
No
uhhh

i like and i wont it.
Hey
Worst design at that price

+girlscanorg yawn...
+longbeachboy57 Yes, that was out assessment of you as well. At least we agree on something.
longbeachboy57 no kidding
