Your evaluation of the tec bike foot pegs would be nice. Did they make a difference in leg or foot comfort and seating? Also a discussion on your wind screen what kind ? Do you get buffeting at helmet?
Gear linkage I would say is little smoother ,on the comfort side having the larger shifter peg I think is nicer to have . That peg came from Motone Customs and I had to drill out the hole in the Tech lever a little larger and tap it to M8 bolt. The right side brake lever has the same Brass foot peg but no drilling was required that one is already M8. The wind screen comes from Dart and UK company they make three sizes a shorty then a Medium size which is what I have and a larger on. I still get some air over my shouders but it's not bad my helmet is blowing around. I like the way it attaches to the bike, it uses a bracket that doesn't bolt onto the leadlight bracket . It has a small one that uses the 4 small bolts under the clocks a cleaner look I think and won't scrach my after market headlight bracket dartflyscreens.com cheers John K.😁
Hey! Great idea on that linkage. Mine has quite a bit of slop as well. The links you provided don’t seem to work but I’m sure I can find them if you’ve got the parts numbers. Keep up the great content. Cheers.
The GT650 doesn't have a linkage, just the shifter itself. It's one of the many differences between the 2 bikes. Edit: None of the links in the description are working
