Just tried this workout with my lifting partner and it was insane!!!! Great pump and all it took was one superset!! You are motivation my man and thank you for all the videos. This is now one of my bicep and tricep day workouts for the week for the next 2 months! 💪🏾💪🏾

Mike worked out fasted and managed to endure more reps before feeling a pump. This just shows how powerful training fasted can be when you're already in good shape(w/Good endurance) or start out as a newby training fasted(build the tolerance and endurance).

This is "old school training". Arnold and Robbie Robinson were doing this back in the '70s
Sebastian Seven Yep. It’s called a super set. Doing bi tri training this way keeps the blood in the area without fatiguing the muscles too tough. More blood, more oxygen. You can do the same with back/chest, quad/ham, etc.
@@pvm6732 an arm day is always important even just this 15 minute killer superset , a push and a pull workout isn't enough alone if u want bigger arms , bang in a arm day in the week old school is best 💪
