He has a form of Cerebral Palsy and is in wheelchair. He does exercises, and climbs rock climbing walls; also known for doing hand-stands while sitting in his wheelchair.
I have just had breakfast and I was watching this video, decided to go in first grocery store, buy some good food and go to gym today! For the last year I've been consistent when it comes to training, eating healty and treating myself well, physically and psychologically. Do you fam and do not let anyone or anything stand in the way people. Fitness and movement is something special. Everybody, happy holidays and best wishes for the New year! :D
Perhaps, I think you can teach consistency by motivating, but regularly. If you see humans are easy to manipulate over the time period. for example, the terrorists, no one is born as a terrorist and no one has that much hateness inside them to do suicide bomb, but over the time they got manipulated. now if you really want someone to do exercise regularly then you have to manipulate that person. The question is how you can manipulate someone to do the lifting regularly? Well, in my opinion, if anyone is trying to do the lifting, don't show them any attitude, you might have seen in the gym, many people try to show off, but you shouldn't, and instead, tell positive things to that person. Maybe you can talk about the little progress that person has achieved it, and you might not see it, but the newcomers always see it, even if it is their first day they see the progress in their body that's why they look at the mirror, and you can't see it because compere to your body progress, his/her body progress is less, but you should show them their progress and always try to be humble in front of newcomers then they might get manipulated and might learn consistency because in the world everything is related to butterfly theory. Now some may not remember the butterfly theory; it is basically the relation of each small very small change that causes a big change. Now one of the examples of being humble is my explanation about butterfly effects theory. Some of us will say "if you don't know the butterfly effect theory, then it is.....". Saying such is not bad, but it would be much better if you say like I did " Now some may not remember the butterfly theory; it is...". Here the reader does not feel that I am trying to put them down, they feel that I am the same as them, even if they never heard about the butterfly effect.
@guillotine 481 If you're not such a goal-oriented person, you can can also have consistency if you recognize and appreciate the feeling and results of each exercise. If you just really enjoy the feeling of being stronger, bigger, lighter, heavier, healthier and all the endorphins released you'll just keep coming back instead of doing it as a means to an end for something way in the future. That's also a mindset that will really help it become a lifestyle.

@@bigrichard3791 I don't know what you mean by, no one comes close. But, yeah his chest and biceps are amazing. In his era people could build a bigger pair of legs. And "just chest and biceps" is cutting him short for sure. But I still think he is overrated.

Hey guys, soo I was in and out of the gym for most of my life. Never was able to get that consistency going. Finally, after this past spring, I started working out at home... using whatever I had and also started running outside when the gyms were closed. Made some progress. Recently, our gym started offering us the opportunity to book our workouts 1 week in advance. So every time I look ahead, I have bookings at the gym for the entire 7 days rolling forward. This has helped me be consistent. I visit the gym every second day and 2 days consecutively on the weekend. Sat, Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs. It’s been working. I have also changed up the diet to eating lean protein with salad bowls for lunch and dinner and overnight Oatmeal for breakfast every morning. I was 220 lbs in august (all that quarantine eating) now I’m 204 lbs. I use a mixture of cardio before each workout (200 cal burn at high intensity with one walking break in the middle) and then I tone the areas I want with low weights and high reps... and build the other areas with high weight/low reps. This combination of things has helped me. Also you need to try to meditate. Once you realize your journey is not 2 weeks, it’s going to be much longer, you will not be so anxious to get your end goal yesterday. You will take your time and get there. Diet is huge, especially on off days. Make your food at home. Do not eat outside. Good luck everyone. Thanks Simeon, you’re a great inspiration.

Great video. Genetics and home training is definitely the key points! I trained at home for 4 years before even entering a gym, the values and foundations you learn from that process are something you can’t get by jumping straight into the gym.
This video really helps me because I’ve been working on my body for 6 months now it’s not a lot of time but I’ve seen some changes. I workout at home like you used too and it really helps me focus on myself. I’m like you I long arms I’m tall I’m 6’2 and I’m only 15. Growing up my dad used to body build so I would always wanna workout and get as big as my dad was. Since I’ve started working out i was 140 pounds now I’m 165 so there’s been some good changes people say I look different but I don’t think the same, I have a goal and if you guys are reading this and you don’t have a goal to where you wanna go with your body you can never get to the you want without a goal. Can you speak to the patience topic with some specificity? A video about how long it takes to go from X (photo) to Y (photo), following the correct diet, and workout regiment, how long should someone set their expectations for making that transformation? Maybe using your own training programs as the basis for the workouts?
Well done for youre success Simeon, youve inspired the rest of us to stay strong and most importantly healthy at all times, so yes thankyou for youre hard working commitments and happy holidays to you!
Keep doing your thing Simeon! All these haters accuse you of steroids because they lack the work ethic required to achieve their desired physique, but to me it’s motivation!👊🏿
What an ignorant comment... as if genetics, epigenetics, diet, and environment don’t play a factor. You must know very little about the anatomy of the human body...
I started the exact same way with no goals or internet back then, no inspirations other than seeing arnie in 80s action movies stallone and van damme. as a skinny kid back in the early 90s i just wanted to get big so i lifted weights and it was that simple and i benefited greatly from it It never even occurred to me that I couldn't get as big as arnie because he was on steroids etc. I believed I could and took that attitude with me into every workout and pushed myself as hard as i could do each time withoufail. Nowadays there is so much information online that many people are overloaded with conflicting info and jumping from one routine to the next, one diet to the next, and changing attitudes to rep ranges intensity etc etc all without actually pushing themselves and allowing themselves to learn from their own experiences and trial and error. Im thankful in many ways I didnt have this much information when i started as the things i did get right far outweigh the things i wish i had known
The second point: No goal physique. Is what hinders most people because the more you compare yourself to others you won’t notice your own progress

Seeing you and your body motivates me way way more to keep going and reach my goal.
If you cover his chest and arms it looks like his neck is really his shoulders cuz he buff as hell

Jajaja
Black don't crack(unless they smoke)😆
I have to say, I avoid youtubers that are really big and muscular, just for the reason I cannot relate to them and by that I mean I don't want to be as big. I've seen Simeons channel many times in my recommendations but I never clicked on it. Couple of days ago I saw his full body workout and I was shocked by how gentle, informative and understanding he seems to be towards people who try to get fit. Thank you Simeon!
If you were like this, I have hope then. I'm gonna keep pushing and pulling.
2020 man kill this year!!!👊🏽👊🏽😆
@@kingztv4112 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Charles Champion Agyei I mean he’s pretty juiced up but go for it

You should be in the "Black Panther" movie bro!!
DJ Black Blaze Wtf no
@@twns1076WTF??...no I'm not talking about him been "The Black Panther". Like a villain character "Moses Magnum" if you know anything about comic books.
He should be the next one
Can he even act?
now Don't even know!!
So true... going to the gym and looking at others progression can be detrimental. Focusing on self is key!!!
Amazing career mate, well done.
I like and really agree with his 2nd thing he did right, about not comparing himself to others and worrying about how other people's good physique compared to himself. Kudos to you!
This guy knows what he talking about, Vey good fitness inspiration
Simeon Panda 🤝 “I’ve been training for 19 years!” 😂 great video bro, I love your channel. I started watching and following since the first lockdown this year 🙌🏾
Its simple Simeon Post I watch!!!
Can you speak to the patience topic with some specificity? A video about how long it takes to go from X (photo) to Y (photo), following the correct diet, and workout regiment, how long should someone set their expectations for making that transformation? Maybe using your own training programs as the basis for the workouts?
Everytime I watch him, I just think about how long his arms are
Ellias Lunki didn’t notice till now 😂
Brothers have long limbs enerally. Look at Jon Jones.
Well done for youre success Simeon, youve inspired the rest of us to stay strong and most importantly healthy at all times, so yes thankyou for youre hard working commitments and happy holidays to you!
The “just lift” was a smooth self promotion😂
This guy really gives me motivation .Great videos.
maybe doing 8 sets per exercise is the secret to getting huge + 4500 calories a day
Dont forget the PEDs
@@ihave3subscribers518 come on, man! Stop ruining advice.
Dont forget the sauce
Muscle needs Water Protein And about 2-3k calories more than this is just fat which you will have to burn
@your guy on the inside what?
Keep doing your thing Simeon! All these haters accuse you of steroids because they lack the work ethic required to achieve their desired physique, but to me it’s motivation!👊🏿
Number 1#: Getting on gear
Thank you , let's tell the truth here
Always providing quality content, Thanks Simeon 🤝
He started injecting very early along with a good diet and good training
how do you know about the first part?
Rajinder sharma KAS exactly!
What an ignorant comment... as if genetics, epigenetics, diet, and environment don’t play a factor. You must know very little about the anatomy of the human body...
@@kevinlochley6109 he literally mentioned diet. shut the fuck up
🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love you man, such a beautiful character! Greetings from Romania
Damn Simeon look like Taguro at 70% from yuyu hakusho 😂😂 dude huge
All Gucci Drip thanks couldn’t figure out how to spell it
I started the exact same way with no goals or internet back then, no inspirations other than seeing arnie in 80s action movies stallone and van damme. as a skinny kid back in the early 90s i just wanted to get big so i lifted weights and it was that simple and i benefited greatly from it It never even occurred to me that I couldn't get as big as arnie because he was on steroids etc.
This chest is insane bro!!!! 😛🔥 #ironlife
He has bad chest insertions
Right pec looks wierd
His weakest part. Combo of Shoulders, traps, arms and small waist is his strong points
