- The exact same as I expected. She is FINE. And with investment, Florabelle will do EXACTLY as expected: Function like any other invested damage dealer in game. I do not want to hype up a character like Florabelle and bait people into pulling day one if I don't see incredible potential. I think she will have her uses, but for right now, I do not think F2P players or low spenders should be getting her.

I got her to supreme+ solely bc I'm a wilder stan and play more aesthetically and enjoy her design. You were not wrong for saying she isn't really rec for f2p and low spenders. She really is kind of just a wilder version of Cecia, which is good for me especially at later stages of AFK where I need two teams, I have my wilder comp and she fits in easier there, and Cecia can run with my Thoran. But this is all endgame stuff and she is def not needed. I do think she may get stronger as time comes, as it seems like her ideal teammates aren't out yet. Once we get another strong summoner she may get a massive buff. But for a f2p you shouldn't be betting your crystals on that ofc

I like her concept and am quite interested in Florabelle. I do want her, but on the other hand I need more copies of more impactful heroes, many of which are A level heroes which I not only need more copies of, but also pulling in the banner reduces my chances of getting those units. So I'll wait for her to come to the standard banner.

However, I don't regret getting the one copy of Florabelle, as she nicely replaces Kafra in the Tower of Nature (in the Legend Trial game mode). I have very few viable wilder characters.

you make a lot of good points. personally for me, i got lucky with the supports i have smokey and rowan and heywyn all early in game. but very unlucky when it came to dps. still just 1 copy of cecia. so i decided to go all in for florabelle. it really just depends on what ppl need an their gacha rng luck. good video :D

Just wanted to say, I’ve been loving watching these afk journey videos. I’m loving the game and this channel is really great getting a perspective of someone who’s into the game and provides a bunch of free to play perspectives. I hope you continue making great videos like this one in spite of the haters, you’re just giving opinions and how you feel about a character. And most of the time, how a character feels is all that matters to me at least
I started last week and got really lucky with her pulls. I got her to Supreme today (got the growth package, cheapest gazette, a few of the 1.99 Euro sales and just save up gems from playing). I really like her. Even at legendary she kept doing the most damage (even against Odie who was also at legendary, though this might be different if he goes to M+). But I love her and the amount of chaos those 3 little summons can do is just amazing and that to me is all that matters ^^
People who defend new characters so much are people who have spent lots of money to get them and they need you to reassure them about their questionable investment

I totally agree with your take on the matter.
You could also replace cecia with koko and have the same thing because now you can guarrantee you a good Florabelle because it's rate up and you can only get her at 40 pity instead of one of 8 random heroes at 60 pity. Thats my take and you can do with it what you want. I testet her in every stage of her kit and she provided the same thing as cecia and maybe even more because she has more summons and is more endgame/lategame/futureproof than cecia.
The big advantage for rate up banner is that you can guarantee them I still don’t have like 3 units in my wishlist at even one copy yes pulling on all hero recruitment doesn’t guarantee them so if they’re pretty goood at mythic plus lot easier to get there the lower a rank argument is valid and also love the content keep it up❤❤

I just got this flower girl. She is bonking the hardest. I am liking her so far. Maybe because I am at low level (AFK 300).
Best thing about this game is no 5050 & only 40 wishes needed. Then get added to that wishlist banner. So I believe everyone will eventually get her.
Couldn't agree more. She's a good character, and if you like her, want to invest in her, then do it. But, don't think she's going be the character that blows your account open. She's a good tool, helps give you a rounded out account, may gain more value in the future, but there's no need to exaggerate. I got a couple copies, and I might go in for a couple more or I might just wait until she's put into the general pool and put her on the wish list.
Yea Zee is insanely informative, theres CC I watch for their opinions and see how they tackle things (you, smack, volkin etc) but if I want a super deep dive and follow like the gospel I check out Zee. I saw florabelle and got worried I would be power creeped hard after supreme+ my valla but when I heard she summons I kinda knew it would be cheaper to just focus on cecia
I pulled her because she doesn't seem bad and sometimes she actually performs better than cecia if I get stuck sometimes but my main reasoning is in the future more summoning units should come out making florabelle stronger
That's exactly why I spent all my jades I was saving for a new character (just in case it was OP) on standard banner. I got lucky and was able to make Smokey, Odie and Cecia reach Mythic+. And THIS REALLY CHANGE EVERYTHING!
I pulled for her because i like her and wilder units in general :) I dont care about how fast I progress compared to others, but i also understand people who care about that. Its all about where you get enjoyment!
I did get a copy. I regret it a bit, but I think she has the potential to be even better down the road because of the unique way she buffs summons. Any future hero that comes into the game with a summons can be even better with her. The big problem is investing enough to get the skills needed but in time that might become easier.
My main argument is not about the hero themselves but about the banners so this is true about all Up heroes. On the Up banner, 60k diamonds will likely get you the 6 copies for mythic+. In the standard banner 60k diamonds will give you 4 copies randomly out of 8 choices. If I have the opportunity to take one hero and juice them to the gills, it will give me more immediate progression than getting a dupe of thorin, Smokey, Rowan and Eironn. Those extra copies won’t even allow me to ascend anyone and the account will remain in the same state until I get more summons to eventually keep building wide like that. In this game you want to blitz progress as fast as you can so that you’re earning max amounts of dust and getting more rewards from bosses and stuff. You can build wide later, but focusing on one unit is peak. With the standard banner that’s completely up to luck.
I mean let's be honest she is not WORTH pulling because she needs to be Mythic + not only her banner is more expensive but it also gives less A heroes so it's a massive L. People who want to get her should wait till she joins the other two banners and have more chances of getting her to Mythic + and to get more A heroes who are actually insane at mythic+ as well

But if you say you wanna safe the time and have the randomness it's ok too because you are guaranteed to buy her from the shop.

Even with both at supreme plus like I have, florabelle is out ranked by cecia once cecia gets her ult off. And in Abyss, I can push higher with cecia than I ever could with florabelle
I got 2 copies of Florabelle in 60 pulls and the biggest changes were getting enough Acorns to get Brutus to Supreme and a copy of Odie to get him to Mythic+, pushed 30 AFK stages afterwards with those 2 lmao

i just started about 9 days ago, and i didnt spend a single gem, was able to pull a supreme Florabelle becuz with a up banner and my saving thats the only good character that i can easily get mutliple copies of. And she is SO op and is carrying my account so hard. I played into a old server becuz i didnt know how this game works and wanted to play with friend, and now i went from 5%-10% dreamworld, to within 60 placement now.

She is game changing for me. 1 copy is enough. I tried snow stomper instead of Cecia who is already legendary + and I could reach much higher ranks that is why important to have every hero at least one copy

At the current state of the game florabelle is MID as well as Cecia, but you can get cecia copies very easily and you can pump her very quickly as compared to florabelle if you are not a whale
You can get Florabelle copies, easier than Cecia lol. Getting arena tokens, is not quick.

If you guys want a "Celestial Like" DPS, go for Odie. Super easy to upgrade! I have a Supreme+ Cecia but sometimes my Supreme Odie outdo her. That install k*ll poison of him is really a game changer.
The people who can't understand that you have to take the entirety of your account into consideration to decide if a unit is worth it or not are the stupid ones.
They think that if a unit does more damage at the same ascension then they're immediately better without realizing that suddenly pivoting their entire income to getting 6 copies of this new unit on a banner that has worse A-rank rates might ultimately damage their account.
Instead just stick with the Cecia they already have at Mythic+ and instead use the gems on the standard banner with better rates AND for a more diverse pool of characters that they'll need when they get to AFK stages 700 and further.
It's just pure idiocy that you get hate for stating a nuanced reason for Florabelle not being worth it right now.
Thanks to the common sense takes I dumped my diamonds on standard banner. Cecia is Mythic, Thoran is Supreme+, Eironn is Mythic+, Shakir is Mythic, high value A-ranks are Legendary+

I whaled on Flora and... she's 'kay. I was more wowed by Vala's pushing results tbh. I do use Flora on my B-team though, for the double battles in the upper AFK stages. Kinda like a Cecia-lite. lol
Big emphasis on 'this hero will not be as strong as the heroes you've been investing in for 3 weeks' saving is important in these games for when the big op units come out so you can afford to pull x8 of them

I have a single copy. Guess what? It was from the 7 day log in event. I wanted Mythic+ Odie. Guess what? I only pull graveborn and wilder A rank units.

The only time i see myself pulling for a new character is when that character is good with few copies
I don’t mind grabbing a couple copies now and then having her be a character that I put on my wish list in the future who gets better with time. I think she’s nifty and I’m never going to be competitive enough to care.

Florabelle is a side grade to Cecia but Cecia is heavily built for most F2P. Basically no need to pull unless you like her design or are whale.
Supports are almost always a better investment for any account.
It's a good point that any new character release will always have the problem of needing to dump a bunch of gems for multiple copies or else your existing Mythic + / Supreme + characters will always outperform. For me, if the base character's Utility isn't going to help, I will always wait for it to go into the general pool and put it into my wish list. We are only a few weeks into this game. Imagine a year from now where you main roster is all Supreme + and a new character comes out. You really going to pull and use an epic character in your line up?
I totally agree here and there is a difference here you have PVP and you to grind to level while in Genshin and HSR WHO CARES JUST PULL WHOEVER YOU LIKE.
HEre you need to manage your resources wisely to progress optimally to get a better result in dream realm etc. and its 300more dias to pull every 10pulls its not cheap for the F2P

Agree. Small spender. For me she's been very good in 2 carry setups with Cecia and Koko. Not for her shields, but having 9 characters with kokos buff swarms the field.

I think you‘re right. I don’t see her in my Koko, cecia, Rowan, Smokey, Atandra/ Brutus Team changing places with anyone. Who needs a golem buffer, when you can buff your whole team.
Same with bosses. She doesn’t fit in the current meta teams.
Maybe with future units she will become meta. By then she is on the standard banner and I’ll get her eventually.

Those screenshots are just a joke as well without context. Cecia needs +energy sigil or Rowen to work better and I even saw a comment saying Cecia is bad since she has no CC for later stages.

My Florabella is Paragon 2 and she is amazing in PvP. I’ve run out of content as of yesterday. I’ve never hit end of end game this soon. Ever. QoL issues for me. 😂

Wow I hadn't even thought of that, copies in this game are so important so how will banner units compete UNLESS we spend a bunch of money and get multiple copies of her to compete? So does that mean banner units in particular are always going to be pointless for F2P/F2P+ players? Long term sure, one they go into the pool and we can get multiple copies they can compete. It's pretty odd to make banner units a definite do no pull for F2P players for a gacha game lol.

I'd start whaling for Smokey. Also, I think he already does minimal damage...like VERY minimal.
He's been the last 1 standing several times, and I'm always like, "is he doing less than 1% damage???" I obviously don't have him on M+ though (just wanted to make that clear)
Florabelle is good in a few gamemodes. But free to play players are better off with Cecia and other A-Level units, which means more variety, more team composition and more capability to attack all gamemodes.
Of course, if you can buy gems and get Florabelle, she's really good. F2P people can get one copy and get it later in all heros recruitment if you really like it.
