Tbh i kinda hated afk journey because of the constant ads everywhere, but i tried it and as a day 1 afk arena player, i kinda love it, i really like how equipment and levelling works in the game, making it so you can switch characters and try anyone new you get on the fly
Yeah it takes a lot of the busy work of switching gear and such out of the equation which is nice. It becomes more of a resource management and strategy game rather than min maxing builds etc.
Yeah, agreed on the advertisements. Wasn’t going to try it, but a friend had a paid stream event so I decided to help him out. Hooked now (damn him lol jk)

Honestly what works best for me is
1. Thoran (tank)
2. Igor (Warrior)
3. Cecia (Marksman)
4. Smokey (Healer)
5. Silvina (Rogue) but I’m planning to change her for Carolina (Mage)
Basically 4 Graveborns for the affinity buff and Smokey to boost dmg and heal
Same, but I dn't have enough smokey copies so I've been using hewynn instead since I've got a decent amount of copies of her.

How would you rate an elite or legendary Thoran vs a Mythic+ Aitandra for pushing content? Especially if also using Smokie and Odie I think that Aitandra just for the faction bonus, is arguably worth it over Thoran unless he grossly overperforms with much lower investment(A vs S hero). The last 2 members being Cecia and for the most part Rowan to feed her energy so going with Thoran sacrifices all faction bonuses unless I also drop Rowan for another Mauler(Koko/Brutus most likely) to get the same effect.

Alot of units require multiple copies in the late game and I'm looking at my account wondering if I will even get close to enough copies because I don't pull much.
I use Brutus and Lucius together and they are perfect duo
Rowan, Cecil, Brutus, Lucius, and Mireal and Lucius just always gives shields and Rowan keeps the ults comin

I personally think replace Lyca with Arden, but EVERYTHING else is well said! I've heard that the Eironn + Carolina team really favors Arden as an additional DPS and Lyca falls off lategame.

damn, Brutus just fall-off just like his version in AFK Arena. In the early day, Brutus is so busted, immortal, life steal, damage amp base on health loss. Now he's just there to tank 1 hit and go immortal

I pulled Cecia and it changes everything
I got to 110+ (atm have autoplay running so idk how far I got) on first day thanks to antandra, smokey, rowan, cicia and koko. It's a pretty broken team considering I started playing literally TODAY. Don't sleep on antandra she is, as her info suggests, a TANK! xD
That particular comp is the standard for pushing high deficit content, with Rowan being a flex for Brutus. So that makes sense.
The game gave me a lot of eironn copies I need 200 nuts 🥜 to bring eironn to supreme my question is should I remove cecia and put corlina
I got the Celestial DIONEL twice, and then I got Berial as 28th day reward...
So I'm playing Dionel, and I don't know what to do with Berial. I wish the game gave us the choice...
