Good review, I'm looking at a B300 on Bracelet in F Hinds summer sale @ £249 tomorrow . I think it will be too big on my 6.75 wrist but I get away with a 45.5 Omega Planet Ocean. I think it'll be the 15.5mm thickness that will sink it. Great comparison, helped a lot, thanks. UPDATE. I went in to see the GST B300 yesterday, was very impressed, wore better than I expected. However, I am visually impaired and there were too many reflections off the dial and I couldn't see the watch very well. All the watches I have are AR coated. I'm really dissapointed, the amount of features on this watch are brilliant and it was a bargain price. Casio should consider putting AR coating on these G Sterl models.
Nice. I've just picked up the B400 in that stealth and I'm not sure about it after wearing it a few times. I've found the same model but with the resin strap BUT the face is more easier to read - I'm going to do what you suggest, exchange the stealth B400 for the resin strap version and put a new metal bracelet on it. It's a great watch
The B200 and B400 really are much better on straps IMO, the black/steel contrast with red accents works great, legibility is far superior and the comfort is next level. Also worth noting that two big benefits of the B300 are the universal lugs for strap versatility, which is hugely future-proof, and also that the lugs are stainless whereas the other two models have more brittle carbon lugs. I personally still prefer the B400 with strap overall though, the other two are simply too big for my 6.25 inch wrists, and I'm not really a fan of the look of the B300 personally.
I think I agree, definitely on the B200. The B400 is great on a bracelet too though, but terrible ergonomics on the dial legibility on the bracelet model (but you can buy the band version and swap).
ye i agree, the B400 is more premium but is more expensive and is heavier and slightly not as comfy on bracelet. And the ones to get in B400 are the green, black/blue and the resin band version. They are the best 3 IMHO
Absence of sweeping sec hand is a good enough reason to flatly reject B400 and B500 watches in favour of B200/300, regardless of any other features. Analog simply looses its essence without sweeping sec hand...
hello, very nice comparison, so you are telling that b300 wears smaller than b200? Even though b200 is smaller in dimensions? Also what about the light and lume? Which is the best? (Why nobody compares these whatches in terms of lights).
It's a strange one. Try them both on. They both feel different and there's no right or wrong. I think on rubber band the b200 is far comfier than b300. But on bracelet it's closer. I'd skip both though now and get the b500 released this month!

@@Zeratsu it's now released but not on rubber band only bracelet. The b300 is far more sturdy band, it is not soft like the b200 or b400 bands. But you may find that comfortable. But I much prefer the b200 and 400 on rubber band

I just checked the video about b500 and it didn't impressed me, it looks more cheap, it's just like the gm-2100 even the back case is similar, cheapy to my eyes for this series, it doesn't feel like it's true g-steel. The dial and lcd display is tiny. I like the big lcd on b200, even the word "connect" fully fits, the stopwatch has much better legibility. I like b200 and b300 for its unique designs. But b500 didn't impressed me just like b400 because it's dial is very similar to ga-2000 which I already own and it's a little boring to have exactly the same dial in new watches, although I'm positive about the compact size. Jeez, I really have to visit my local shops and make up my decision. )
I'd take the 100 any day over these models... It's a poor man's MRG... Of the models down here the 200 is the best looking of the lot by miles.. the 300 just looks cheap
Dont agree. I think the 300 looks the best and most macho. And theyre WAY better value than the MRG much more expensive range with a lot of the same features.

Gstb400 for me! As the latest 500 is just exactly the ga2100 design but in steel, so my stealth all black earlier looks n feels better..
