    Hi, i do this kind of exercises turn by turn in a Kickboxing gym on heavy bag. 4-5 times a week. I also look for diet. Will i get at some point flat belly? I am doing now 5 months.

    I am doing Kickboxing on heavy bag turn by turn with partner in a gym for 5 months almost 4-5 a week. My weight increased 4kg but i don't look thicker. So, gained muscle mass. But how long it will take to get flat belly? I am 180cm by 87kg

    I have carpet in my room, do I need to wear tennis shoes, or can I exercise bare feet

      I have carpet in my room and have done both. I think it just depends on the person, the type of exercise they are doing, and if they want extra support on their feet while exercising
