I don’t know who my biological dad is either. I took the test and got connected with a half sister and a first cousin. I was so excited. I reached out and none of them responded. I take it as maybe God is protecting me and I’m 100 percent ok with that. I’m thankful that God blessed me to be raised in a loving two parent household that took me in when I was infant. But this is exciting to watch and I can’t for part 2😄
You’re out there now somebody meant to connect will. I found my sister on ancestry recently she’s been on for years waiting to find out who her bio dad was. Our family didn’t even try to reach out and could clearly see her. In 2018 my mom died I was suffering so badly from grief, I kept asking God to send me an angel. Fast forward to today 2023 I got stuck looking for grandfathers and family history building my tree so I bought a kit on Mother’s Day. Results came in and there she was someone I never knew existed under close family. We met and are practically twins. I’m overwhelmed with love for my sister. Gods timing is so good. Grateful we didn’t meet at 80. I’m never gonna lose my sister again!!❤️Love the way you look at it. God knows everything and we know nothing. Best of luck to you beautiful person.🫶🏽
I found my biological 3 days ago father after 30 years, and it’s difficult for me to talk to me . I mean when he text I don’t know what to tell him. It feels off
I know this feeling. It’s horrible and seems unfair. God gives me strength daily. I am a better father to my children than mine was to me! Thank you for sharing your story!
Wow I am looking for my biological father. I am white British and my father is black american so for me it's very complicated due to the fact that I only know his name. He did come to see me when I was born and I never saw him again. I believe that it's because he didn't believe I was his because I am fully white but the way I look at it is its not my fault. Anyway I am now 46 and I don't even know where to start. I am looking forward to following your jour ney. I might get a test to see what comes back. X
We have been looking for my husband's birth father since 2017... we know he's Hispanic and was born in California... his nearest match is a 2nd to 3rd cousin on Ancestry... so, we're still looking...
I met my sister one of my sisters and a brother I found on Ancestry DNA. Reached out to my father by letter with all my info & he ignored me. One day after my just gonna knock on his door.
First off, you’re so beautiful. Second, I thought I knew my background until I completed a DNA test. The nationality I thought I was I was only 2% of it.
True but she's been with her mother this whole time & had to do a dna test just to get factual information...so the mom was so great that she left out who your father is for 31 yrs & counting...?
@@chynaslife22 Personally for me my first kit failed. It took them about 2 to 3 weeks to start analyzing and I had to send another kit. I sent in a new one on January 3rd and received my results today. Usually it's never this fast and most people's results come in after 3 weeks. It depends on your DNA so I recommend keeping your kind off of it and just let the results come in but check atleast once a week to see if everything is going well.
I’m so sorry that this has been your experience and has influenced your perspective. I’m glad that my biological dad didn’t feel this way. We have a phenomenal relationship today.

Wow. I love that you’ve been able to accept that as the Lords protection. That takes some serious spiritual maturity!
