"I've got a buddy, he's the best in the business" Calls in a scam artist.
Tony T he’s the best scam artist.
Hes in the new episode is he still not legit? How can they keep him on ?all he does is pull out a tablet😂🤔
Not really but cool post thanks for sharing
Tony T Steve is not a scam artist
@@MWB18
Correct, he's not a scam artist, he is a criminal. Steve has done time in prison for doing illegal stuff and selling fake items.
He has a felony as well.
Honestly, he had every single bit of proof and authenticity.
Would be quite easy to have that story and keep the real ball for yourself. Or someone stole the ball and replaced it without him knowing (before he had a chance to sign it). Its a good story and some collectors might be happy with it, but its not exactly concrete proof.
“ I want to sell it for $4000, becasue $4000 is a lot of money”
😂😂😂 reason of the year
Dumb reply
he probably wants to use it to gamble in Vegas
Aye man that is logical
@@clivefanti completely logical
NFL hall of fame: yea thats our ball
Pawn stars: we need video evidence of you giving birth to the football
A Stone in the Sun LMAO FR
I love the Pawn Stars comment sections 😂😂
nice Exodus profile pic
Lol even at that point Rick would be it’s very easy to fake video into catching a ball at a hall of fame game in the 60s
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Certificate of authenticity, news article, ticket and program from the game. That’s more than enough proof.
Jared Mitchener it wasn’t a C.O.A. It said it was the type of ball used back then. Both that it was a game used ball.
Jared Mitchener The news article does not mean anything really very easy to fake. Plus ticket and program just proves he was there so all you got is a certificate saying that’s the type of ball they use
litteraly any ball of the same make could have been brought though
Naaah, I don't see it. I would have to watch the game in real time and see you catch it man. (clearly, I don't want to buy this, or I do want to buy it for free)
I had to like your comment it was 666 couldn't have that so I'm 667 I got you fam
The signature may be authentic, but the authenticator isn't.
Not only that but what does he know about the value of the ball? Nothing!
How did they find out he was a fraud?
Ben Spagnuolo cause he voted for Hillary 😂
@Mario Lopez he was found to have authenticated a signature on an item that was made years after the person who signed it passed away
@@notaregistereduser3446
How/where did you hear that info?
It’s literally authenticated and it’s still a leap of faith hahahahahahHHhah.
He said the certificate says that this type of ball was the one they used but nothing specific
hola, yo no hablo espanol Doesn’t change the fact the certificate said it was only the type of ball used.
You idiots obviously don't know how business works.
978navi no he said it stated that was THE ball that was on the field and in that game that night. Not to mention the news paper article and the ticket. 😂
He could have a picture of himself standing there when it was signed and a picture when he caught it and they would still say that's a leap of faith
Yeah someone definitely took a picture of him catching the ball.... from the 60s......
Oh you know what we're cameras back then lol
Of course, without something like a serial number on it or a signature dated from that day it would be really hard to prove he didn't find a similar ball.
Stephen Greco F
Well, yeah, but that's a kid in the photo, you know? I mean how do we know even that it's you? I'm takin' a gamble here, buddy, it's a big risk.
"Guy is one of the best in the world" was arrested for forgery fraud.
That's a lie.
@@jasonmichael3676 Youre a lie. He definitly was. He was also kicked out of a convention while setting up his own booth for lyjng about authenticity of celebrity signatures ppl brought to him that were liyerally just signed in front of them by that celeb.
@@saturnargentavis1901 I don't trust professional grading services all the time. They all play some tricky games. But Steve is no worse than others. And he gives correct info on the show.
@@jasonmichael3676 you can know history and look at pictures, but that doesn't make a great authenticator. Although it helps with the act for sure
@@benmay1294 SIMP
$1000 is low so ill just give it to the hall of fame for nothing. lol
Cortland Mass 😂😆
exactly what i thought as I heard him say that
I mean at least it’s in a museum where everyone can see it, not on some dudes shelf.
I was just trying that ...
Idk I think this particular scene was staged, if that ball was legit from the first fame game the guy could have made WAy more then 4K. A football collecter would LOVE to have the first ball ever used in the first ever fame game and would pay a good chunk of change to get it.
I think the dude planned to give it to musuem but just went on the show for whatever reason. Both offers where way to low really.
What else do you want as a proof?? Come on!!!!!
is that the real ball that been used in the game? the specific ball is different than the kind of the ball you use. It needs a lot of road and work to do just to clarify the exact ball so the price can go higher. If i had time machine, i would go to someone important in that game, make picture with him and the ball and make it as the real authentication but sadly...we got no time machine...so the selling point of this stuff...cant be verified solidly.
they dont care, to them, its all lies...
Dna evidence and 4k video analysis of the game lol
"So do you want to sell it" - "No. Just came to hangout"
Blassas Tugan he might wanna pawn it
Drink Bleach if he wanted to pawn it why would he need to prove what it is?
@@9000yugioh Ammm just come with me and lets do some paperwork
@@erwynortiz1064 because if the owner doesn't come back to pick it up the shop is going to have to make money on it. Do you know how pawning works?

Mr Brown caught the ball himself
Tell me more
Sounds so fun
Emil Olivarez Tell me more
And they got along famously
Where did you end up with this man?
0:55 a legend quote was born.
I don't think people get it. It is the same quote from the ending outro of the pawn stars videos.
Caught the ball myself
"I wouldn't want to donate it either"
"Honestly, I think it belongs in the Hall Of Fame" 🤕🤕🤕🤣🤣🤣
Its a little stupid how, every time the "buddy" comes, he says exactly half of what people are asking for....
They talk to the expert before hand to under evaluate , and when deal is done, the expert gets a cut.
Imaš pravo Simiću
@@serialkilla23 nice conspiracy theory u got goin there
Not always. Sometimes the expert comes in and says that the value is actually more than what the person's asking price was, but when that happens, the person ends up being ungrateful by then jacking up their asking price beyond what their asking price was, instead of thanking the expert for the information and being content with their asking price.
Prince uh do you have a better idea to counter that theory?
Weird to hear “I caught the ball myself” outside of the outro clip
I’ve never seen seen this episode but I’ve heard him say this a thousand times lol
Also the newspaper is definitely proof
William Hitchcock same
Ive tried searching for this episode befor but i couldnt ever find it until now when im just randomly watching clips
AquaDonkey lmao same
Also the fact that the hall of fame wants it
" i caught the ball myself" is the new "mr.brown famousley " comment!
Customer: "Hey, I'm looking to get change for a dollar bill."
Rick: "I can give you 63 cents. I'm taking a risk."
eMoRaL best one yet
I still have to frame it
Best comment I've seen on you tube so far lol
I legit have seen this comment in all of the pawn stars videos 🙄🙄
This same exact dollar comment is overused. It’s literally copy/paste word for word.
The call in a dude who just carries an iPad to look at pictures of signatures
From a resident of over 30 year's living in Canton, Ohio! I've been to the HOF over 100 time's. It's always nice seeing new stuff and memorabilia and I'm glad he's willing to donate the ball to where it belongs!🏈 :)
3:23 "No....yes." Lmao
You would think he would’ve called in Jeremy not Steve 🤣
The signature expert is fake.
No he is not. Drew, the one with the loupe is a fake. Not this one. Check your facts before judging someone dude.
@VFL Montages Oh I'll tell ya more alright.
@@Alex_Donnovan Look up this dude, Steve Grad. He's apparently not very good at his job. Definitely not one of the best in the world.
Alex lol but he is a fraud tho my man
Its a fake tv show
That's the most proof I've seen someone ever bring to the shop
I feel like they pay these “authenticators” to low ball so they can get a good deal.
Yeah rick and his lot are conmen
I mean obviously.. don't act like you wouldn't do the same lol
He's like I think the first hall of fame game is 1963. When dude has a ticket in front of him with 1962 on it.
no, he said the first hall of fame class was 63. Which means they played in 62
Well thanks for solving that mystery.
"Here is Y.A Tittle himself saying he signed it while connected to a polygraph machine and 3 certificate of authenticaties signed by DNA calligraphy examiners.
Corey - "I need concrete proof man"
so this is the video at the end of all the videos
But how did you end up with this?
This show should be called "I've got a buddy"
Two great ball catches - the man at 12 years old catching the ball at the game with authentic proof & catching a man trying to lowball claiming he needs total ironclad proof like a certified game film of the boy catching the ball.
When they call their experts to come in, they probably give them a price to say to the costumer lol
And it's always half whatewer seler ask for
This is the holy grail of pawn stars videos!
The “expert” brings his iPad with a bunch of photos that anyone could have used to compare and tells a story that has nothing to do with the signature. Then proceeds to somehow always guess the price around what the seller is asking for.
The issue here is: WHY THE HECK IS A "SIGNATURE AUTHENTICATOR" VALUING A FOOTBALL BALL?????
@@Zhoshyn The value of signed items is based on the value of the signature. It is possible for the signature to be worth less than the item would have been before it was signed.
You know he's low balling him. This guy isn't an expert on anything.
This is the video in all the ends of the videos and I finally found this video
Ive been looking for this video forever
Are we all gonna just ignore the fact that his last name is Lombardi
Nicholas Davoli so what?
@@ChrisPBacon-xn9up Vince Lombardi.. did you just say that?
Snap Back Flipper yeah, and?
@@ChrisPBacon-xn9up The dude's last name in the video is Lombardi, Vince Lombardi is the best coach of all time. The super bowl trophy is named after him, and nobody mentions it in the video about an NFL Hall of famer from the '60s

I already know there gonna be like “ lemme call a buddy up real quick “
Gives a his “buddy” a call, “hey come down here and say this is worth 2 grand so I can get a deal

He brings a huge brief case every time to just pull out a tablet😭
i got "Tiddle threw a pass" stuck in my head all day and i was clueless as to why until now
Watched YA when i was in my teens..great games back then.
I like how Corey fistbumped the seller instead of his signature big handshake lol
It’s from the outro!!! Wow finally has been uploaded
Corey - always shootin’ down deals.
“Tittle threw the pass caught the ball myself” best outro
"I want $4,000 for it."
*Pawn Stars Dude*
"offers a quarter-back."
that is funny my friend
Underrated comment!
Let me call in a fake to make sure it isn't an expert. Wait..what?
Whenever that signature guy comes in “happens to price it at half the buyers asking”
rip to the old man !!!
I miss the old man
Finally , I found the episode where it says ‘ I caught the ball myself ‘ 😂
I hope visiting this shop one day
Tbh, that ball is worth more to himself than anyone else
It's an insult to the authentic signature community
I’m about 30 miles from Canton Ohio. Never been to a game there but have been to the Hall of Fame Museum many times. my grandpa was a security guard there at one time.
This guy could have a time lapse video of the football from being caught all the way to him walking in store over 52 years and they would say it’s not enough proof
"Football" and again i am laughing
Lol that knuckle touch tho
Last time I was this early Mr. Brown and I got along famously
“He’s one of the best in the world”🤣 In scamming!
"Thanks for authenticating the signature sir. Rick, can you call in your sports expert now?"
0:51 the legendary words
"One of the best in the world" lmao
Best scammer!!!!
Once the guy donates it to the hall of fame they will display the ball with this guys story and it somehow becomes validated
I use to drink beer with Mr.Tittle at Auntie Skinners Saloon in Jefferson Tx. In the mid 80,s.
👊 for quarantine
Let me call buddy, he can validate the signature - "he's one of the best in the world at it."
Enters: Steve Grad, lol.
2:00 he olmost has the same laugh of Rick 🤣🤣🤣
Paused at 2:20
"Great hes gonna call scammy Steve in "
Ok continuing with video now.
" Steve, Yur the man"..... When u lowball
2:19 who else thought that was the sellers voice?😂
Jim Thorpe on that h.o.f magazine. Baddest man in the first half of the 20th century.
I would donate this to the Hall of Fame. It’s a piece of Football history, and I wouldn’t just want to sell something with such sentimental value.
Everytime the expert wished the seller good luck. It feels like he's hinting something...
Corey like “why you trynna get rid of this bruh”
Anyone else notice the “ I caught the ball myself” .... that’s actually in the intro
*checks signature*
*says it’s legit*
*says buying this is a leap of faith*
😂
Corey at the beginning :I wouldn't donate it....
Corey at the end : just donate it...
😂
"Yeah, I wouldn't want to donate it either." "Maybe you should donate it to the Hall of Fame."
Oh Gawd. It's Steven the fraud. I honestly really wish I never found that out. Every time I see him I groan
😂😂😂😂 "One of the best in the world at it" ....next scene pops up "The Scammer" 😁😂🤣😂😁
NFL: Yeah that's our ball
Pawn stars: I need 100% proof
This is the clip they play at the end of every video
So shady how some Authenticators come in with an estimate exactly 50% lower than the asking price
why dude sound like optimus prime lmao
I think that when they call “the experts” they always tell them how much they’re asking for so “the experts” can go way lower 😡
"I was there when he signed it". Yeah man you seem trustworthy
Mr. Brown autographed footballs famously.
Rick:shake hands when someone walks out
Corey:Fist bump when someone walks out
the iconic "i caught the ball myself"
he made the right call with the hall of fame, should've done that anyways. he preserved a great story to even someone that doesn't like football!
"So... What are you looking to do with it?"
"Are you STUPID or something? This is a PAWN shop! What do YOU think I brought it in here for??!"
This guy always undervalues memorabilia
Corey: Lots of authenticity, lots of provenance, let me call someone that can help me lowball you.
I've driven past the football hall of fame countless times but somehow have never been inside.
Corey: Ok let me call a scammer to tell legit lies here then boom!!! Steve came in 🤣🤣🤣
Finally! Caught the ball myself
We need to consider that those "experts" works for them.
