Ghost of Tsushima's file size on Day one, without any patches was around 38 to 40 gigabytes. RDR 2's file size on PS4 was 105 gigabytes on launch day. Think about that. I mean, at 38 gigabytes? GoT's open world is pretty decent for such a small file size.
The fighting is so much cooler and bloodier in ghost i mean just just... ehhh JUST LOOK AT THE GODDAMN GAMEPLAY NOTHNIG IS MORE SATISFYING THAN KILLING A MONGOL IN GHOST
Ghost of Tsushima basically follows the same concept as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It’s a Japanese version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. I’ve played both games, and I can tell you GOT is far better than ACV. Not to say AC Valhalla is a bad game it isn’t! I just enjoyed playing Ghost of Tsushima more than Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The visuals on both games are solid, but I just feel Ghost of Tsushima has better visuals. The blood looks more realistic, I love the stand off element of the game. Here is what really separates the two games. Advancing your skills and weapons on GOT is way better than ACV. The skills tree on ACV is a pain in ass.
You have to think, you’re comparing a really well trained samurai to some random Viking, a samurai is probably going to act more stiff because that’s how they fight, it’s like jack sparrow, he walks weird because it’s how he walks on a ship.
Comparing pc graphics to console is really not fair... Also, the GoT combat displayed here didn't do the game justice. I I didn't see him use the shield breaker stance once(coolest stance), or the finishers. No bomb arrows either
@@aleksander_9927 yet GOT did that 'important' mechanic looks realistic while the so called best game of the year can't even do shit about it lmfao. best joke of the year imo.
In defense, its more realistic when you're wearing armor and weapons whereas in AC, there's no fucking way you'd be able to swim that effectively with that much weight on you.
Even though the textures and detail isn't the best, it made me realize just how important good art direction is. I felt the same with Zelda BotW and other indie titles.
I think if they brought back unity elements but modernized it, I’d actually consider buying the next assassins creed. Also more siege weapons and a castle assault and defense type game mode kinda like odyssey but in big cities ands maybe small thresholds as well. Fuck it I say they go crazy and actually use big maps to actually have huge armies run into each other and fight to make it feel like an actual war zone, and you can see the factions military progress on the map. For stealth I’d say do a bit like hitman where you can dress as the enemy if you don’t wanna go traditional, but certain guards will try to enter dialogue with you so your charisma matters. I think if the assassins where real they’d definitely try to hide among the enemies ranks and climb a hierarchy to get to a target but use their hood to conceal their identity if they where just sneaking around rooftops or fighting enemies to keep their cover with a faction. These are ideas I think many people had because Ubisoft has done some of these in their games before. All it is is just taking the best of what they had and polishing it up a bit. I like the big war settings their going for but I think there execution is a bit mediocre. Maybe 3 or 4 years is what they really need.
Between these two i love Ghost of Tsushima. But AC Origins is my favourite open world to explore and adventure in. But I absolutely love both Origins and Ghost, it's just loved exploring Egypt a little bit more.

The rope physics in AC looked like the rope was a pole. In GoT however it actually has good physics and you can even see the character balancing on the rope and the rope dazzling
If the theory of an Assassins Creed game set in China is true, it is a smart move I mean a game set in Japan would elicit too many comparisons between Ghost of Tsushima.

Tbh I really like the story for AC Valhalla. And at the end they hinted at going back to a timeline where Desmond Miles never died, so everything such as the mechanics, becoming an ACTUAL Assassin and not a Spartan or Viking will be fixed. Plus, they’ll have a great story. (Hopefully)
I hate to say this, but when an "Assassin" 's Creed game can't do stealth as good as a new IP that learns from its previous installments, it's just sad. Might as well rename the franchise, Mythology Warriors seems to be a better name.

Ghost of Tsushima basically follows the same concept as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. It’s a Japanese version of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. The visuals on both games are solid, but I just feel Ghost of Tsushima has better visuals. The blood looks more realistic, I love the stand off element of the game.
