I played all three, and I think Red Dead Redemption 2 is in a different league. It's more focused on realism than the other two, which are more arcade-style. Also the amount of detail in RDR 2 is insane. After finally playing Ghost of Tsushima, I must say that the game feels more complete and polished compared to Assassin's Creed Valhalla. The only thing Valhalla has an advantage in is the number of hours needed to finish it, including the side content. However, that's not necessarily a good thing.
the snow in GOT is called hard pack - basically where it hasnt snowed in ages and the snow becomes rock solid whereas the others treat it like fresh snow even though it isnt snowing so GOT wins in my opinion
