Probably some of my first models for the kruelboyz i collected were thw gut rippas with some paint in the box. They will probably be the first this i tinker around with painting too.
What about it? Swap the contrast skin for any other colour contrast. Pick a suitable layer for the new contrast and same bone drybrush. That make sense or answer your question?
@@virusofnurgle6896 same as my normal scheme. So for the skin. Same spray black all over then zenith grey seer. Contrast apothecary white. Wash sepia like normal. And then palid witch flesh layer over it. Think it would look stunning.
Stumbled across your videos while searching for my partners Stormstrike Chariot (excellent btw). Then realised you covered my Kruelboyz!! Fantastic videos. Well explained. Consider me subscribed!! Looking fwd to using your techniques. Anything for Nighthaunt?
I can absolutely put some nighthaunt models into the diary to do. They suit my painting style very smoothly. Thank you so much for the kind words. Hope you and your partner end up with loads of painted models.
@@MediocreHobbies look fwd to NH in the future. I'll share your videos to the world if the paint scheme for KB/NH helps beat her Stormcast at last 🤣😉. Thanks.
I paint my hobgrots the same as these guys. Wasn’t a huge fan of the two different skin tones in the army. And thanks for the nice comment. Means allot.
You keep saying that no one really cares about these smaller infantry units and won't be looking at them, if that we're true, no one would bother watching this video. I'LL be looking very closely at all your infantry minis!
I meant more than if anyone comes over to look at your army they’ll look at the main characters and not at individual infantry so don’t worry about spending too much time on each one 😄 When you paint large units you need schemes that are fast and efficient so you can spend more time on the main guys!
@@MediocreHobbies yeah you're probably right about that, but I for one will be looking at the small guys! ;) On another note, I tried your scheme here because it looks absolutely amazing, unfortunately it didn't work for me, probably because my minis were already primed with Wraithbone. The Nazdreg and Balor Brown looked much more orange than the nice pale yellow shade you've made here. Also I tried but apparently lack the skill to effectively layer the skin paint over the contrast, it looked awful so I had to bin that off too.
Loved the result, tried it myself and I'm sold on the scheme. Will reference your channel if I get compliments about it. Thanks for the idea !
That’s so kind, thanks so much!

Awesome to hear pal. There such nice models.
Going to have a go at this colour scheme and painting style (with slight changes) as soon as I’ve done a bit of paint shopping 😉😁
Great to hear pal

I really liked it. Shame you don't have more subscribers.
Could you do an overlay that shows which color you use?
Only 6 weeks into the Chanel. Still learning and subs still growing. Let’s hope I get some more lol. And yes that is a plan for future videos.
There is also a list of paints in the description.
What did you base them with mate? Just starting storm bringer and love this tutorial
I did a video on my basing scheme. I have a playlist. Check it out and let me know if you have any other questions.

I’m so happy to hear that. It’s so exactly what there for. Hope you keep enjoying the content.
Is this primed matte black and a grey seer zenithal before starting? This is a fantastic colour scheme
Yes it is! Thanks, glad you like it!
Are you planning to paint any battle sisters?
I am indeed. There will be an entire playlist of them.
Love this, but my question is what about different coloured flesh?

@@virusofnurgle6896 and do you have your scheme worked out or are you asking me what I work do to get the pale orc skin?

Elon MUSK bought Twitter. yes!
Emmm ok. I guess he did. What that has to do with my videos I have no idea.
