I want Guentzle on the Canucks. I hope it happens...
But having money for Toffoli and Zadorov would be pretty good.
Although a top 4 Defensemen would be sweet.
Over the course of an 82 game season, Zadorov at 5.5 makes zero sense. Yes, he’s built for the playoffs, but he’s also never been a top 4 D and at 29, that ship has sailed. You can’t pay a guy 5.5 to be a bottom pairing and if he’s top 4, he’s overworked and the next Myers. We need to learn our lesson. That also means not paying Joshua, a 3rd liner, 3-4 million. Last year was the first year he was anything more than a fringe NHL Player and he had a breakout season in a contract year. The key to a successful team is finding hidden gems, not overpaying top guys. I’m fine with Hronek, since he’s a top pairing, right shot guy who has chemistry with Hughes. I’d look at Pesce and someone else to round out the D core. A Pesce-Soucy second pairing is fine.
Guesntzel would be better but zadorov and toffoli would be a good backup plan
Toff and big Z!!!
I think you have some decent points, and genuinely I enjoy your content. However, it's time to move on from the generic EA sports gameplay. Edit. Unless of course that's one of your sponsors and in that case tell them to make a better game.
😂😂 I love that ending
I couldn't agree more
I am think sign Guenz, Big Z and Trade Petey.
He's a good fit here with the Canucks, proven foward😊.cheers.
I agree! It was a loss for sure! He was a good fit for Canucks. Why are teams letting him go all the time though!?
Sign Zadorov Sign Toffolli 😊 why pay 9 mill for guentzle when you can get the same 30 goals at half the price. 😮
He don’t wana play in Vancouver he wants to go to a cup contender
8:32 Canucks can't "go back" to a place they've never been to.
A bit slow though. Toffoli is no rocket
After watching your hospital update, I was like:
Oh no!!
tyler is looking for a home. get him. the oilers are on the verge of winning the cup and we took them to 7 games without demko or pettersson and mikheyev for that matter. panarin had 4 points in 5 games in the florida series. i would have been over the moon if we got that from pettersson against edmonton in 7 games.
stop being delusional dude. you did not have the same scoring ability as edmonton does lmao. im not even a hater of the canucks but the canucks wouldnt of made finals if they beat edmonton.
im calling it right now......toffoli signs in ny. I think marchessault will sign there too. i dont think the rags are done making room cap wise
He’s probably the one guy LA was sadly to see go from the team.
Toffoli, I have no idea why the Canucks didn’t keep him years ago.
then ur def not a Canucks fan.. Sorry to say..
Canucks didn't keep him because Benning "ran out of time" to sign Toffoli, Tanev and Markstrom. We let assets walk out the door because we had the all-time worst GM in NHL history. Full stop.
Canucks talking off season oilers still in playoffs
😂 wohl legend
I love Tiffoli but he bounces around the league too much. would he stay a few years?
I'm sure he doesn't want to bounce around. No player does.
That’s not really his problem.. he wanted to stay with Vancouver. Calgary and Winnipeg are both 🤷♂️ and he was with LA for awhile before we got him. He’s a good player and teams know that and respect him and he seems to get along in a lot of dressing rooms.
I think he wanted to stay in Vancouver, but he didn’t even get an offer from the Canucks so he had no choice about leaving. I believe he has stated this publicly, but perhaps I’m incorrect.
@@derekcox6531 I heard he didn't give the Canucks a chance, he took the first offer and that was Montreal.
@@warrengiffin7255 hmmm I guess we’ve heard different things then, hard to believe anything we hear because I heard the same as Derek^ my understanding was we didn’t offer Toffoli and he was wanting and expecting a contract and Benning basically said he ran out of time to sign him. Our new management wouldn’t just say they ran out of time
Sign him, 4.5 x 3 years.
If only it was that easy.
@@mr.orange8205 It is. lol
I agree, not more, he is 32 and slowing down, not sure if he is the right fit for Petey, but he still scores, i say fine but would rather go with Necas
@@ollesventon4607 We have no pieces for Necas now that we’ve retained Hronek. I think Toffoli is a nice complimentary piece on any teams top 6. He’s got at least another 3-4 years in him.
Slow skater who can't compete in the West.
