I'm about your age and I have a sweet little black kitty named Floyd. I also dabble in guitar repair. My great-great grandma, Bridgette O'Laughlin, came to the USA in 1849 during the potato famine. We ended up out here in the old southwest before Arizona was a state. Irish wildmen in the wild west. I hope to see the home country before I leave the planet. Carry on, my friend.
I am a builder, but I enjoy most repairs and set ups but I prefer to have the player demonstrate how they play, Really, I do enjoy the challenge of a difficult repair or setup.

Is the finger board separating from the neck on the treble side, at the nut?
It hasn't gone back yet, so I checked it.... and it is 100% ok on that side.... I will post a short video to show you in about 30 minutes... :-) but thanks for watching it... I can miss things....as you know! LOl
