The method you used to make the wrappers is the same we use in Morocco to make bastilla’s dough but instead of chickpea flour we use just regular flour! Thanks for finding a Leto version

Confusing! I need to know specifics, like, how long do you sautee the chicken? How much cabbage do you use? How much amino or soy sauce? How much filling do you put in the wrapper? Thanks! Also, wouldn't it work just as well if you put the nonstick pan on low power/flame, and poured a tablespoon of the wrap mixture in the pan, and just tilted the pan to spread it across (rather than having to do the paintbrush thing)? Like a crepe? Thanks! The recipe looks great.

Suzanne Lanoue and the crepe way is a bit different than this coz you won’t get the translucent wrapper by doing that as much as you try ...I have recipes of wraps and rotis where I use that technique but for this it will spoil it ...

Stock up on dried lentils and beans and chickpeas in bulk and oils and different flours and salt and water, nuts and peanut butter. Create space to keep food and make sure it is covered properly. There may not be fresh fruit and vegtables after December. But you can make veggie patties and freeze them. And you have some amazing ideas. You may want to start now and stock up every week until end of the year. And don't use any of it until Jan. to March 2021. Online options may only be available until end of Jan. 2021. And tell your family and neighbors because they may knock on your door as well.

Coconut aminos is a great soy sauce substitute….it’s used frequently in keto/low carb Asian cooking ….do look up the ingredients on google x
