    My macarons burn at 320 f oven for 20 min. My oven temperature in off at the corners! I gas oven. Any suggestions? I tried many times didn't turn out well 😢 need your help

    Have you ever made peanut shells? I’m trying to make macarons, but as I’m not a professional, I don’t want to waist the almond flour if they go wrong 🥲. But the proportion 1:1 seems to not work bc peanuts are more oily than almonds. Please help 😭 almond flour is really expensive in brasil

      some people say they do. I havent tried this ratio of ingredients with the french method. this is the ratio I use for french: ua-cam.com/video/8Te2x7lHBcw/v-deo.html

    I have hollow shell, is this because I don’t use egg whites powder?

      no, that's not the reason why, egg white powder does help with hollow shells but many people make full shells without it. Your issues are most likely something else. Please read my article about hollow macarons here www.piesandtacos.com/hollow-macarons/

    You should make macarons with just egg white powder; no egg white

    Is it really 2 cups of sugar in the filling it's way too sweet 🙈

      if you dont add as much sugar the frosting will be runny and wont stay in the macaron. it's not there just for sweetness, but for the consistency.
