This is the only way to make macarons that has worked without fail for me. Just a heads up, if you use silicon mats for anything other than cookies or sweets, it picks up the flavor of what you made. My previous batch tasted like chicken seasoning because of the mats. So you can always use parchment paper. 11/10 recipe I really recommend this!!!

Can no almond flour macarons be baked in a microwave oven/small oven? Also it doesn't have fans and when i made it last time they didn't have feet and turned out like chewy cookies not macarons hope it works this time
Yes I think but use a small oven without fans microve oven or oven toaster will have a higher chance of failing, it's only my opinion don't really know if it's true

Is you're using parchment paper, how big should the macarons be, and how far apart?
@@olivercane4018 you can print out a macoron template then place the parchment paper over that in a cookie sheet

Hi, if you added more flour than you need, you will have to redo the recipe or increase all the ingredients.

Hi, if you want your macarons to be less sweet, try other fillings, such as lemon buttercream or lemon curd.

No, you need to let them rest until you can touch them. That's about 30 minutes - 1hour.

You can fill the macarons with the filling immediately, you don't need to wait one or two days. :)

Hi, maybe the batter is overmixed, the meringue is not beaten enough, or the temperature in the oven is high.

Icing sugar or you can make powdered sugar at home from sugar and cornstarch.
