The bad smell inside the nose is pretty common after surgery for a few months but please talk to your own surgeon to make sure you are not having an infection or retained gauze/packing. The numbness on the nose tip should go back to 95-98% of the normal state within 1-3 years but it does regain a significant amount of sensation much earlier.

Thank you! I would always recommend asking your own surgeon but I do ask my patients to use Vaseline ointment after as a lubricant.
I've just had my septorhinoplasty 3days ago, the cast /splint is stuck on fine, but the tape on my cheeks is coming off can i remove them as the splint is sturdy, it's just the tape on my cheeks, can i remove or just replace the tape, thanks
