Just a drunk Texan man reacting to the worst Football (soccer for us Americans) Fouls in history. Some of these were so bad, they should've went to jail!
Son is one of the nicest guys in football, the reason he was so upset isn't just the sending off it's the fact he badly injured a fellow pro unintentionally.
@@nickbradley-sutton9960 he's a genuinely nice person. And the kind of striker we could do with up front to help Nico develop with less pressure on him.
The thing with no8, the Zidan headbut, He had already anouced that he was retiring from football after the match. So it did not finish his carear, it was just the last thing he did as a player. They did give him a suspension of 8 games, just to keep the Itailians happy, I think he still has that 8 match ban.
Fun fact, if you ever find yourself with nothing to do on a Saturday (or a Wednesday) during the NFL off-season: Houston Dynamo FC exists, sharing the block with Austin FC and FC Dallas. Tickets should only be ~$35 on average, but that’ll probably change over the next few years if Major League Soccer keeps picking up before the 2026 World Cup. Have a wonderful day. 🖤❤️💛
The true worst injury of all time, and I think everyone from England would agree is the one that happened during Arsenal vs Birmingham City (07/08 season i think?). Players name was Eduardo, his leg was firmly in the ground as he took a full bodied ram into his shin and his leg snapped, the bone came out of his shin and in the slow mo replay you can see the bone sticking out of his sock. If you decide to watch it, don't say I didn't warn you at home gruesome it is because it is PROPERLY nasty
There were several Arsenal players with horror injuries on the pitch around the same time: 19 year old Aaron Ramsey's tibia & fibula snapped in half, Abou Diaby's fractured ankle. During Arsenal's prime they could be unplayable and the opposing team's only strategy was to foul Arsenal players constantly and quite roughly -- and the referees disgracefully allowed it to happen.
a really good tip for people wanting to get into football is to try and follow a team. it could be a team whos location or image means something or it could be out of a hat. but whever and however you pick once you start to root for your team and want too see them win youll see why us europeans and everywhere else around the world love the sport
There’s a glaring omission, and it’s from right here in the US. The Brian Mullen (Colorado Rapids) tackle on Steve Zakuani (Seattle Sounders) that broke his leg clean in half. I can still remember the sound…took Steve like 2yrs to get back on the pitch, and he was never the same.
I really dont get this exaggeration about them selling calls. Of course an mma fighter who is used and trained to receive calf kicks reacts completely differently to one compared to a player who got his leg kicked from behind. Lets not act like this doesnt happen with holding calls and jumping on the ground in football, or with pass interference, it happens everywhere and it's what competiton is. A calf kick by another professional football player would rock your shit for days man especially when running at full speed.
I mean I dont think it is enjoyable but cmon…no way are they are injured so badly they roll around writhing in pain screaming at the top of their lungs because someone kicked their calf. American basketball has the exact same problem with people flopping
@@DrunkTexanSays this is from someone who doesn't watch it. I get the feeling that you and most people who don't watch it think it's common or something. Of course there are instances of some players screaming or something like that when they weren't hurt, but the vast majority of the time it isn't like that, they just go on the ground to indicate there was contact when they're hit. Sometimes when you don't realise things it might seem like they're exaggerating, like you saying in the video that someone flopped when they had a ripped ACL, you can't get the whole picture like that.
I was looking for this. I d like to see him eat that . Just kidding . Also the guy is lying Zidane was going to retire anyway from is pro career I had announced it before the beginning of the worldcup
This isnt really related to this video but I saw the video where you watched 'Soccer for clueless Americans' and at the beginning of the video is mentions grown men singing about bubbles which is something you were very right to be confused about. It refers to the club West Ham United who have a club 'theme song' i guess you could call it which they sing at the start of the game and just before the 2nd half starts, it is considered the most famous club theme in the world to most and is based of the original song 'Im Forever Blowing Bubbles' which has many versions. I know most of this due to me being a West Ham fan myself. You should check out different club themes as well as everyone in the crowd sings them and they can be very powerful.
@@DrunkTexanSays too right. I don't mind a little naughty using gamesmanship but to outright try to hurt an opponent on purpose? Nah mate, ain't having none of that
Imagine being an average footballer like Lopez and intentionally trying to hurt the best footballer the planet has ever seen - Have some fucking respect, the rest of us arent super well off, being outclassed is pretty much life at this point
That Hofer challenge was a mistake, it’s following the ball. Happens now and then but usually boot slots in the body. Don’t listen to the videos narrator, he’s clueless.
Hello m8. I’m from Ireland and our humour and sarcasm is the same as the Britons. Excuse any typos or spelling mistakes in advance. Don’t take it so personal, we men over here take it as weak when you take some personal insults to heart. Taking some shit and laughing at it is a sign of maturity. I watched you respond in Spanish to show how smart you are, but you sound Mexican not Spanish. My point is, who are you trying to score points against your European brothers?
Well I live bordering Mexico, you live close to Spain. Ever heard an American and a Brit speak English? Sounds a lot different. Same goes with other languages my friend!
I think anyone who makes reaction videos, should go and see a therapist. Posting popular footage, and then pretending the views are for you, and not the popular footage😂

14:00 Kean actually tried to injure Haaland's dad and got himself injured instead x)

Ohhh see they didnt say that in the video. That statue is bad ass tho!
football boots booting you in the back of the leg is bloody sore

Check out Eric Cantona playing for Manchester United v Crystal Palace. He was already off the pitch when someone in the crowd upset him.
Would love to see you react to worst Rugby tackles. No NFL player, with all that protective padding, would stand a chance.

Surprised Vinnie Jones was not mentioned in this... but it was in a time when red cards were not given out as much.
Have you ever been headbutted in the sternum?

In mma when they get kicked in the shin they absorb the kick, a lkot of times theyre not taking in the full kick.

Mike, you should definitely react to rugby! If you’re an NFL fan you’d probably enjoy rugby 👌🏻👌🏻

you never seen a football shoe i guess
You need to check out rugby to see oroper tackles,or Irish sport hurling
I wish you would react to ronaldinho skills you would love him
better off watching 60s 70s and early 80s for horrendous tackling and punch ups
Hello Mike. Ouch! The viewing numbers should be decent though. Now try rugby league for some proper hits.
Why compare to mma? A big difference being hit when you aren’t defending
This list definitely does not include the worst of them, bit soft these ones really

React to Barcelona Tiki Taka
Try rugby, even more brutal
Oioi kidda, any jobs at the border?, spent years laying barbed wire,
Goretzka being one of Bayern's best midfielders of all time? Well... that's a very very brave statement.
Should react to rugbys biggest hits and cheers 🍻
Might be my next one!
