What an absolutely fantastic review i no my comment is 5 year later im actually looking at buying the yuneec typhoon h plus next month as i already have the yuneec typhoon q500 which itself is an awesome drone
Very nice... now that DJI stopped production on the Phantom series and gave us a crappy PlayStation controller for the Mavics, I might have to grab one of these. Thanks for sharing this.
I did look at this, as it looks a stunning piece of kit. I was put off though by the live view only being 720p, so it would not suit my live-streaming requirement of 1080p. But I'll keep an eye on Yuneek in case they bring out a revised version that transmits 1080p.
To be fair very few are ever transmitting in 1080p at any decent range. Even the Mavic 2 and other DJI craft drop to 720p as soon as you get out a few hundred meters. The Inspire 2 can only achieve 1080p property with the Cendence and Patch antenna and then it’s 600m or so max.
@Daytona 6263 We've had great images from our Mavic 2 Pro when running into our Blackmagic 4K vision mixer. The big problem with the M2P is that geo-fencing is now bonkers in the UK, due to the Gatwick nonsense. Two of our regular events now fall within DJI exclusion zones and the aircraft won't even spin-up.
Really great video,- thank you. I like the coverage on the controller.. lot of features on the controller as well as the Drone. I saw that the you can put an sd card in the controller and the Drone... any idea how large an sd card can be used in each. You have pushed me over the edge...out comes the CC.
Great series of videos. They provided a few learning shortcuts when my TH+ arrived a couple of weeks ago. The one and only let-down is the quality of the live video connection. Even at short distances in the middle of a field, it can be blotchy and pixellated. As I wanted to use it to livestream to a broadcast vision mixer, it's not an option. My Mavic 2 Pro however is practically broadcast quality and solid all the way up to 500m, even in demanding urban conditions.
Live Video is the downside on the H series. The craft is very good and overall I loved the camera controls but the feed is a letdown. Thanks for the fantastic feedback I really appreciate it.
Hi you made a nice video showing how to use this H. Looks like a good machine. But I do not like that it only has a 1.6 kilometer range. There is little freedom. I often fly 2 kilometers with my Mavic Pro 2 Hasselblad before I stop turning to fly back. Two months ago I flew just over 4 kilometers before I stopped to fly back. The trip was just over 8 kilometers. 1.6 kilometers is too short. I now sold my Inspire 1 V2..0. Yuneec H looks good. RC is great. If you want to have Yuneec H you also need a small drone that you can take on trips. H is too big to take on flights. For my own part, it is difficult to choose H when you get other drones in the same price class that fly longer. And another thing. I live in Norway and here it is winter. Yuneec says 0 to 40 hot. Dji -10 to 40. I fly my Mavic pro 2 in minus 20 degrees of cold without any problems. So a little difference is that. How's the camera? Is movie good ?. I almost just care about movies. How is the quality?
I have a Typhoon H. & like you stated it truly is a unique drone. Unfortunately I never fly it. Even though Yuneec brightened up the ST 16 screen on the +, wish they would of done a better job.
PhuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuP talk talk Phuuuuuuuuuuuuup Phuuuuuuuuuup. sorry the breathing thing I nearly past out as I found myself doing it as he did. hahaha. Phuuuuuuuuuuup Phuuuuuup Phuuuup lol
@@MadRC hahaha Only a little. the description and explaining far out weighs the Pfuuuup :) don't mind me! I am not trolling I enjoyed the video and when putting in so much passion and emphasis its no wonder you must have to draw up a very extra Bar of pressure. Cheers

Absolutely the very best review and summary on this drone period. Thank you!
Thanks I really appreciate that.

I added the 4Hawks range extender and now like it better than my Phantom 4!
That's good to know..I'm actually debating on getting rid of my pro and getting one of these
This is a badass review dude. Thanks a million.
Thanks I appreciate that.
@@MadRC Pulled the trigger last week, waiting on delivery
Is the controller the same for the typhoon h and h plus

Seriously? Why send 1080 to a 7" screen? What a waste of bandwidth.

Nice vid! I can't wait to get my mavic pro in the air and snag some shots of Denver (and Colorado). Thanks for sharing. 😀

Hopefully will get it up soon as weather has been terrible.

"I often fly 2 kilometers with my Mavic Pro" how the fuck is that line of sight?
Jason plausible deniability, my good man! You can technically see it at that range with 2020 vision and an absolutely clear environment.

Why u dont fly it
