When the plot twist happened, the light bulb scene becomes much more meaningful. Like the female lead literally cried when Janghyeok (the new guy) changed the light bulb. It wasn't a big deal but those little things that was left ignored actually really impacted the girl's relationship with her longtime boyfriend. And can we talk about how the new guy literally called and tried every possible phone number just to talk to the girl.
Agree, small things for us really matters. She did the right choice, chubby is cute and a good man💞

Basically, there are two separate guys...Jang Hyeok and Lee Jang Hyeok. Yes, they're different people. Lee Jang Hyeok was the one we see in the beginning of the movie, the one who had hepatitis, whilst Jang Hyeok was the one we saw who was working at a company as an Engineer. By the end of the movie, we all learned that they were 2 different guys. Da-eun (1st girl main lead), started to date Lee Jang Hyeok (guy with *Hepatitis*) because she knew that her boyfriend at the time, Jang Hyeok (Engineer) was already cheating from her (starting from the car scene where the guy called Da-eun as "My pretty Bo young-ah").

Although when you watch the movie, you'll actually think that there is only one guy because the transitions and the smooth flow of the scenes were really amazing to the point that you'll believe what you see in the movie. Stoppp 😫😭.. this movie honestly broke my heart. I walked into it thinking it was a light heart rom- com where the couple will have problems in their relationship but in the end they’ll solve it. But that wasn’t the case. He got on my nerves so much in the movie I legit started balling my eyes out….. sucks how reality actually works. 100% hated his character( I love him but like he played his character wayyy to well lmaooo it made me hate him in RL💀)

Bestie this edit was so good the song fits perfectly. Also here’s my opinion as someone who has been cheated on and manipulated in relationships: he gave up on the relationship LONG before she met the other guy. Also the fact he pressured her into an abortion and then didn’t even really comfort her hit me so hard. And that’s really when she “emotionally cheated” was the time when she was pregnant and he literally abandoned her and disregarded her emotions and wants and didn’t want the child. So the relationship had already ended there imo. I also think in those emotionally abusive relationships or even just long term relationships in general people find it hard to leave and let go of something they’ve had for a long time. Also tbh I think if the other guy was like super super conventionally attractive y’all would not be saying she “didn’t really fall for him” just saying🙄(I think he’s cute though and he treats her well so) in my opinion she was able to move on quickly because he showed her how she should be treated.

This movie gave me chills. I'm going through a break up and for ridiculously the same reason as in the movie. Even the main actors have the same jobs like we do. The ending felt so right and so wrong at the same time for me. Would watch it again for sure...

Is not only the fact that you love the way somebody can treat you, isn't only how they love you... you should love them back. The girl doesn't love him (yet). She find a escape in him in the bad way, the last part of the movie break me; when she said that the suitcase was too heavy just to see how he, without hesitation, did things for her. But yeah... I love the fact she didn't look back when her ex was there, that mean a lot. It's all about perspectives of course. At the end we all love the chubby heok.

@@n.z.a3231 the couple that you see (da-eun and jung-hyeok) end up breaking up after the argument in the car. Da-eun gives back the ring the jung-hyeok gave her, and he begins to go out with his colleague instead. Earlier in the drama, while they were still a couple, we saw that Da-Eun and Jung-Hyeok were supposed to go on a trip to Jeju Island for christmas, and Jung-Hyeok kept getting reminders of it on his phone. He kept wondering why Da-Eun hasn't cancelled the ticket yet and is reminded of her wherever he goes, despite being in a new relationship. Finally, the day of trip comes and Jung-Hyeok went to the bar with his colleagues that day. He gets a notification for the Jeju trip and realises he misses Da-Eun and runs out of the bar to go find her. On his way he takes the ring that Da-Eun gave back to him and takes a cab to the airport. But as we see here, he bumps into another man who also goes by the name Jung-Hyeok (because Da-Eun decided to call him that, its not his actual name). Turns out she didn't cancel the ticket after the break up because she asked the other Jung-Hyeok to go with her. She goes inside the airport without saying anything to her ex, and he goes back to the bar angry, and feeling betrayed. When Jung-Hyeok returns to the bar, he tells his girlfriend that he loves her and puts Da-Eun's ring on her, she tells him "not so fast", that they aren't at that stage of their relationship, and he says that is fine, but he hopes she won't ever leave him like Da-Eun did, the end. :)

And the thing i hate is he didn't come home at all and he choose to abort their baby who hurts the girl so much so it's not the girls fault and he left her and didn't come home and he think that the girl is still coming back to him after he left her after that abortion
I absolutely loved the twist. Hats off to the director of the movie. If it was not there, then this movie would've been a basic romcom sort but that twist changed so much!
Jang Ki-yong is a great actor, I noticed him in Go back Couple.
They both cheated. He should've understand her more, or atleast considered that she's pregnant. He should've told her to stop working for a while, and instead bring her to the apartment he rented near his new workplace. There's so much ways to make that relationship work in the first place. Or maybe the guy doesn't want a baby, if that's the case, they should've talked about it. Communication is the key, indeed.
And she also told the girl to abort their baby like what? You never came home and you want the girl to abort the baby...the baby who makes the girl hapoy but he choose to abort it

Va She did not get an abortion, it is impossible to get an abortion in SK without a valid excuse(like rape, statutory rape, or if it's a risky pregnancy) and there was no point in the movie that showed her getting an abortion. Therefore she did date the fat guy knowing she is carrying someone else's baby inside her without the fat guy's knowledge, I think this could count as a "mess" atleast in my eyes but I guess it isn't for you🤷🏻♀️. Imo the girl's just taking advantage of the poor guy, she knows that he likes her, and as you said she doesn't see him in a nonplatonic way, so she's basically manipulating him and taking advantage of his kindness/admiration towards her. She's toxic but people like you don't realize that because you see her as only a victim seeking for comfort, but just because she's lacking comfort doesn't mean she can cheat. Hell, if all cheating partners were to be excused for their infidelities because they lacked the comfort and affection of their partners then cheaters would not exist. It is dumb to assume that kissing someone who is outside of your current relationship is not considered as cheating, like wtf? Even if she did not have feelings for the fat guy, she still cheated because she did it whilst she was still in a relationship. Cheating is cheating, whether she did it with someone she had feelings for or not, so long as her relationship with her baby daddy stands, whether they are in the brink of breaking up or not, she is considered taken which means any sort of infidelity she commits will be considered as cheating. And yes she did kiss him before they broke up, watch the movie carefully and see the key points as to where and when each event occured.
@D. Va she lied about getting an abortion, it's clear because she continued to stay healthy(like quit smoking and resting more). Also again, in south korea it really isn't simple to just get an abortion and she has no viable reason to even get that.

But instead he wants to sleep with his co worker. I think he had a lot of potential. The first red flag for me was when he wasn't listening to her. If we look carefully when the Chubby guy changed her light bulb her boyfriend was actually working (really hard by the way) and he didn't even wanted to look at Kristals character, but she already invited the other guy over, also she lied over the ring way before they even stated to fight. I think y'all are being too harsh on the boyfriend (he is an asshole don't get me wrong) but she wasn't all good either, both of them couldn't understand each other

Me demoré en ver esta peli porque tuvo bastantes críticas y tenía miedo porque ambos actores me gustan mucho. He decir que me gustó mucho más de lo que esperaba, es una historia realista en la que juegan en contra muchos factores los cuales te mantienen hasta el final esperando que va a pasar, el plotwist fue de los mejores que he visto en bastante tiempo y me encantó. Y tanto esta canción como all too well encajan perfecto💕
