      When I was grieving the time about 8-12 months after was the worst, at that point you no longer have the shock/daze to numb you, you are really missing your loved one by that point and start to forget what they sounded/smelled like, you no longer have all your friends and family coming over every day to support you, the reality really sets in. It took me around 3 years to stop grieving and to start to feel somewhat normal again and I actually feel guilty sometimes when I realize I haven't thought about them for a couple of hours.

      Bryan, Brent Kopacka and a couple of individuals were aware of police involvement in drugs dealing through some of these students. All Bryan’s cell phone pings or stalking Kaylee to me are true BUT NOT FOR KILLING THEM, he was trying to find out about police corruption in Moscow Idaho but the STATE THAT NOW KNOWS HE HAD BEEN AWARE of many things through Brent Kopacka, wants to kill him too! They killed Kopacka but Bryan is another witness for their corruption, they want to ditch him too.
      The knife sheath belongs to poor Brent! They were friends and were aware of police involvement in drugs, since Bryan had requested for a security job as the officer, he thought that was a good start to show his capability to be a good security person so he took all 1122 interactions under his observation but he didn’t know in this case he has put himself against the state and not in public security direction. Now the state want to remove all the individuals learnt about their corruption before it comes to public being aware of everything!
      Know Bryan has found out NOT ALWAYS police do what they should do but also sometimes they do what they SHOULDN’T do and camouflage themselves by their power.

    • @ahavens2463
      @ahavens2463 11 місяців тому +13

      They did. Even a neighbor heard it but this being a party house, the neighbors were used to hearing noise. In fact, just the day before police showed up there giving them a warning regarding the noise. So neighbors likely just thought , "oh well, typical." Sad. And the roommate heard crying and a scream and that's why she came out of her room like 2 or 3 times. That's pretty wacky IMO. I can't believe the roommate didn't at least text one of them to ask what was going on if she was scared. That's what I'm curious to hear about. I feel sorry for her though because defense is probably going to give her a hard time. I don't think she had anything to do with it but think she could've done better. I wouldn't be surprised if this whole thing was artificially created for publicity purposes only.
      All deaths are only 'alleged' with no evidence of their DNA.
      They never took any blood samples of these 4 individuals to confirm their identity.
      So chances are they may still all be alive. Probably transported elsewhere. Just like Princess Diana's death was most likely 'staged' by her cloned self?

      @@jimlahey3919You’re right. It’s one piece of circumstantial evidence and easy to dismiss when you focus on only that piece but this is like a puzzle. One piece doesn’t reveal the whole picture but when you put all the pieces together, it does and there’s a mountain of circumstantial evidence all of which point to BK as the culprit. The defense is gonna have a big problem trying to explain away all these pieces of evidence in a way that a jury will believe it. His alibi is already very weak and cannot be verified. Many killers have been convicted strictly on circumstantial evidence with no murder weapon or body. I think the prosecution has a strong case if they present it right and they will. That veteran prosecutor who’s about to retire knows what he’s doing. It’s not a slam dunk but it’s favoring the prosecution.

    • @ct5625
      @ct5625 Рік тому +4

      You don't understand how DNA works or how his team will argue that.
      1. You don't know how many other DNA samples they collected of other unknown people in the same place.
      2. This is likely "touch DNA" or "trace DNA", which is notoriously vulnerable to accidental transfer by investigators.
      3. He could have handled the sheath innocently prior to the knife inside it being used to commit a crime by someone else.
      These are just a few of the many possibilities his team will likely be considering.
      Watch the trial, because I guarantee you your beliefs and opinions are simple right now only because you only have one part of this story laid out for you. When the science really gets going it's all going to become far more complex, probably to the point where you'd also be wondering whether he really did it.

She needs to also explain why she did not call police until hours later.... such as being fearful or because perhaps she was on drugs and was impaired.... which could be a problem. Unfortunatley, with out ALL of the evidence being releases, BK has already been convicted in many of the media outlets courts of opinions. I personally do not know if he did or did not do it, but want to hear ALL the evidence and ALL witnesses before sentencing someone to death. After all, if he is innocent and put to death.... and then find out someone else did this.... can't come back from that. This entire case is sad all around, but everyone should want to COMPLETE truth instead of a witch hunt. No DNA evidence, no link to the victims. The suspect was still arrested. Still indicted. Just bc a murder doesn’t make sense doesn’t mean the person isn’t guilty and circumstantial evidence supports that regardless of claiming to be framed as a cover up for corruption. The Grand Jury requested to see more evidence and the prosecutor instead had the judge admonish the jury and remind them the instruction was probable cause and not reasonable doubt to indict someone. 6 members of the Grand Jury asked to see more evidence in order to indict him, and were told there is no more evidence. There is a gag order because they don't want the jury tainted. The public cannot be trusted and tell too many lies and twist the truth. Some of the information is so graphic it might make the potential jury pool convict him before they step foot in court. They don't want that to happen, so they keep the info sealed.

    Am I the only true crime fan who looks at this case and is like....wtf nothing makes sense. It is not easy to NOT project intentions/behavioral expectations....however, if I were innocent and were not a sociopath or suffering from some other kind of personality disorder, I would be in hysterics about this and my claims to innocence. I would be exasperated. And, that in mind, there is also no reason for his DNA and other piecemeal evidence to be something that even exists/is a thing. His approach, while technically legally advisable in some ways, is still damning in other ways. Let's not glaze over the bizarre reaction of the roommate who "saw" the stranger and just did not do anything for HOURS. I get being frozen in time sorta, but not in the scope of hours. And then just the reporting on it the next day. They were reporting that 4 kids died, and not that they were stabbed. People thought they had OD'ed. It's obvious they were stabbed, but that was always treated weirdly. A LOT of this case is extremely wonky, not just the murders themselves or Kolberger.

The difference in this case is that it’s the first time they have used it in real time.
