I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE.
Currently in the military but getting out due to anxiety, adjustment dis and some trauma. Having panic attacks multiple times a day. I noticed how my hearing became extreme. Conversation through walls, hear and feel the environment change in temp and everything. It becomes too much for me. That I get annoyed and want to escape. Escape to a safer place that I feel is comfy and quiet.

No, it requires a deeper understanding beyond mere social knowledge. Many religions and philosophies align with this way of thinking, Even the magnum opus of alchemy aligns with letting go of social norms and your attachment to them. Once you do this, you can see your 'mental illness' without its label and really hone in on the benefits of it.

Dr. Pat should just fire everyone at the El Segundo Times & close the doors. It’s a lost cause🤮

I kinda sounds like you guys are encouraging people to not take their meds. But maybe I taking home the wrong message than what you were trying to send.
