You will need a 1/4 drive 5mm hex universal socket to get a good tight connection so that you won't strip the hex and have the clearance around the exhaust pipe. Hope this helps some one else out. Very good video.
I am extremely impressed with your work and the way you display it. Question: I checked the transmission fluid level, the car sat for over 24 hours, outside temperature is 30 degree, the level was way above the hot mark? Drained 1 litre out. Drove the car for 15 miles, checked the level and was down below the the cold mark nearly touching the dipstick! Added half a litre, now just above the cold mark. Shouldn't be below the cold mark when engine is cold?BTW it's a 560sl.
What year was this W126 560SL sir? Did you use a gasket make with the AT gasket? What gasket brands do you recommend? Do you recommend adding LucusAuto Trans Lube to add with the fluid after the flush?
I WISH U WERE HERE IN SOUTH FLORIDA! TO HAVE MY 91 560SEL SERVICED BY YOU!

Do you have to refill the torque converter or does it get oil from the gearbox?

the engine has to be running on order to check the level. Hope you didn't ruin it.
