Who still thinks that the roller coaster level, or better yet this whole game, is one of the most underrated of all time? Hearing these tracks are gonna force me to go to the flea market and spend the next month of my life strolling down nostalgia lane with JSRF and DJ Professor K, BABY!
Sky Dinosaurian Square was a pretty fun level indeed. Especially since it was the area with the Noise Tanks, my favorite gang, and also where you unlock Noise Tank 3000 (the Yo-Yo imposter with his hood up and colors altered), my favorite character.
It sucks that people don't give this game more credit for its time yo. This is a major classic in my eyes. Sega GT 2002 is just a bonus it is ok as well but JSRF is my shit for life.
Holy shit, I so miss playing this. I had JSRF since I was 6 and me and some friends still hang out and have JSRF nights. Have been for 11 years. Also, this song was, is, and will always be the birth of dubstep. YOYO FTW.
+Jacob Hernandez (Sterlingnimbus) yeah that's why I always set this as my garage track! it made the whole place feel like a rave after you unlock everyone lol
I hate to engage in UA-cam comment bs, but you are all wrong. the genre is Electro. In the classical sense. Well Electro with a hint of Big Beat Breaks in it. Think afrika bambaataa meets the prodigy.
+djfootfetish fursona the syncopation is completely different in speed garage. There is WAY WAY more swing in the percussion for one. This one hits on the 4/4 with no swing at all. Listen to the hats very carefully, you can tell there is no swing. Also, speed garage tends to be a bit more "housey" and less "robotic electronic" than this track is, which is you know, the vibe of...ELECTRO!
Idk why but i tend to listen to this when i wear my maison margiela futures considering they have the name future in them plus it goes with the song. Anyway cool song
i rember only hearing this 2ce 1st when you met Posion Jam really early in the game 2nd with thos robots the Noise Tanks had it was sick but i never herd it

Dude, Richard Jacques is really good at beats.
I love this song!!! it's very techno and electro at the same time, but I like it. it truly is a beautiful combination of music.

I'm on a bridge to the future!
This shit be POPPING!!
the genre should be the badass catagory
Jacques only gets to compose one song for JSRF, and that doesn't stop him from gong all out!
Thanks. I really want a bridge to the past to go back and remix this track.
God joined the server
No, he composed Bokfresh as well and made the remix of Let Mom Sleep.
Now this is what creative and futuristic music sounds like. From underground rave roots.

I recently played this song over bomb rush cyberfunk. Simply nostalgic and beautiful
What an excellent game and song.
best song in the series
We go head to head in DEATH BALL
This song should have been played more! :|
I agree! This song only played twice in the game! What I mean is that it only played in 2 of the medleys.
+Jacob Hernandez (Sterlingnimbus) yeah that's why I always set this as my garage track! it made the whole place feel like a rave after you unlock everyone lol
trenton proctor Setting this song as the garage track is the only way to hear it after completing chapter 6 and beyond.
+Jacob Hernandez (Sterlingnimbus) yeah this one and "the scrappy" should have been on a few more of the melodies they made
Well, it does appear in two medley in the game. But I agree tho'.
The base drum and bass in general hit hard
this song is so nostalgic

+djfootfetish fursona SPEED GARAGE AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Where are you getting that from? The percussive elements don't match at ALL.

What About The Future?
Dubstep! that's what!
i rember only hearing this 2ce 1st when you met Posion Jam really early in the game 2nd with thos robots the Noise Tanks had it was sick but i never herd it
i remember dis! good times! =]
damn right this is a hard to find song...
@epicfail1526 a lot closer to garage than dubstep, but it does have that kind of wobble bass that a lot of dubstep songs have
I wanna hear this song at A Bboy jam.
CALL THE POLICE CUZ THIS IS 👮♂️CRIMINALLY 👮♂️UNDERRATED
"I wanna visit the future".
UK Garage vibes
2:10 for origin of dubstep :)
Man i need to get this game, fuck gamestop for not having origonal xbox games anymore :(
It's funny how people have seamlessly confused electro with dubstep, then again it did father it
kind of reminds me of the soundtracks from wipeout and wipeout xl
this is like the origin of dubstep =P
what genre would everyone say this is? is it like garage or smth?
He remixed this for total immersion racing
is he using soundbites from the matrix?
Dubstep 2002
it was rarely played
Along with Streets of Rage 3's music this is proto-dubstep.
Only Flag Battle, Graffiti Battle, And Circuit Race is the song heard.
jsrf is da shit
@AndrewSpriter yea. i agree:)
"My faith for is the future, here is yours, or somewhere else..."
