    Beautiful! I absolutely love the design. The cabochons are gorgeous, and the bezel technique got my head spinning with ideas. Thank you for always taking care to teach techniques, and thank you for sharing your amazing artistry 💗🤗

    They are so beautiful! Thanks for sharing. I filed them in my favourites as Medieval shields with long bales & stone cabochons.

    Love your MS MG patterns! I like to use graduated cutters in my MG too and I love me some Mica! Thanks for the demo of using the liquid clay as varnish, I have not tried it yet nor have I tried curing, or partially, with a heat gun. Thank you for sharing!

    Love how you take your your time to show all your work 😊. Question: Can one use a real stone and apply it to this particular clay?

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  Місяць тому

      Yes. So long as the stone is heat safe then yes.

    Jessana, sweetheart, when you attached the bail will it hold the pendant? It looks too heavy. It looks like it would break off so easy when you're wearing it. To be safe I would put a head pin on top in the middle of the bail, but you are the professional you make these all the time, is that enough to hold it all together no breakage?

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  22 дні тому

      The bail is very strong and will hold up on the piece if the clay is baked well. The clay should be slightly flexible after baking and shouldn't be brittle at all.

    Samantha, you've done it again, You've created another 🏆 winner!! Great job! I think I would name it "Long horn" instead of cow. As longhorns have those long, beautiful horns.
    If we don't have the pens, could we use regular alcohol inks? If so, how do we get the same effect? TIA ❤❤

      She said in the video to use a small brush with regular alcohol inks

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  22 дні тому

      Thank you.
      A brush with regular alcohol inks can achieve a very similar effect, it just takes a bit longer.

  • @Maazzzo
    @Maazzzo Місяць тому +1

    Thanks for the video. Does the liquid clay smear the alcohol ink?Is it self-leveling?

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  22 дні тому +1

      It does if you're not quick to cure it. It does self-level.

      Jasana I had no idea that you can make designs and you can actually roll over and over the design and it will keep that design in tact. You even rolled it on the pasta machine twice now that's amazing!!!😂❤

      Wow, I can hear the storm in your tuutorial. Here in the US in California, it's been overcast and looks like rain, but lots of humidity we need water here. Wish It Would Rain 😮

    Newbie question… once it’s cured, does polymer clay stay cured when it’s baked multiple times or does it get soft again in the oven?

    • @elishahankin6465
      @elishahankin6465 22 дні тому

      @mhuhn776 once baked, always baked.
      I've heard of people putting it pack into powder form and reconditioning but I've never been successful with it.

    • @JessamaTutorials
      @JessamaTutorials  22 дні тому

      Baked clay will stay baked, although it will become a fair bit more flexible when it's hot. Once cool it'll firm up again.
