How long it take to get your reel back? Sent mine over a month ago and haven’t heard shit from them and can’t get ahold of anyone. I want to pay them just to give it back at this point.
I sent mine out FEB 29th and got it back APR 26th. If you call the number during a weekday they should answer or if you leave a voicemail they will call you back. It seems they only operate out of one location so they have a lot of reels to go through I’m sure. They did a good job fixing it when I finally got it back.
