Just based on the specs these are going to be much brighter so also depends if you like metal tweeters. Personally not a huge fan of aluminum tweeters

I love my Harmon kardon sound, need a good setup off the uqualizer and it sounds amazing
same, ill have it at 70% and its already too loud :)

The normal speakers without the Harmon on the f15, sound the best way more bass and awesome overall
We should like to hear the sound of the new installation compare to the old one at least 🤔
We'd love to show you that and we've tried but unfortunately capturing its true sound in a video is extremely hard to do. We don't want to put something out there that's not even close in giving away the actual sound, so we'll keep trying to record a high quality audio and once we do, we'll for sure share ;)

I have a question .. I have a 2020 m550i and I want to take my hk speakers out and add the alpha amp , speakers and ghost subs ..Now my question is would I still have access to the onboard hk amp thats built in because I like there onboard amp

How much would a speaker replacement like this coast? I’m looking to get the best sound from the EQ of my HK sound system I’ve a 2014 50i X5, but I don’t know much about how to EQ for the best sound. Any info is appreciated. Thx.

Anybody knows if I can install in my F15 Harman Kardon speakers that comes stock in F15 without any modification pretty much plug and play or I have to update amplifier as well with everything? My car has base sound system but I been thinking to buy Harman Kardon I know a guy that has for sale from his F15, if somebody can answer my questions I would really appreciate that! Also if the answer is yes, can I change my stock subwoofer Harman as well or amplifier has to be changed to Harman as well??? Thank you guys!
So there's only one underseat woofer on that X5? I used to have an E87 116i and it also had underseat woofer on the passenger side and all along I was under the impression that BMWs come with two underseat woofers. I must admit the bass from the stock woofer is almost non-existent at high volumes.
There is two of them, one under each seat. We just didn't show both being replaced on video because the process is exactly the same on both sides. Depending on the stock system that your E87 had - there sure are versions that didn't have a whole lot of bass in stock form.
I've owned my 2016 BMW X5 with the HK setup since I drove it off the lot the day after Thanksgiving of 2015. I still can't believe how great it sounds! However I'd love to get more bass if that's possible without having to add a box.
Unfortunately our amp is not compatible with x5's HK setup. You can install our speakers to improve the sound quality though.
I'm not a sponsor/seller/advertiser, just an F85 owner that was researching better bass like yourself & these guys claim to have a fully compatible solution with no added amps. I'm starting to talk myself into 'em.

Can this video be applied to a X6
The process should be somewhat similar but definitely not identical. We have a detailed PDF with the installation instructions you might want to take a look at. I was down to DIY until I saw how to install the second speaker... After that, I said my mechanic will have to do it 😂 🤦♂️
