Thanks. This helps. iisuperwomanii introduced me to you. My best friend and I parted ways, and I've been dwelling. No one can take away my love for music. I've been writing songs to get my mind off of things. I'm 13, but I've learned that not everybody is going to have the same heart as me. It was a great friendship while it lasted, but I've gotten closer to another friend, and she has proven herself more of a friend than I could ever ask for. also 301!!!! (Thanks to your Instagram, mine is Gio_Metro1625 btw)

Gio Metro I hope you have more and more friends come your way and prove themselves good for you. Never let a closed door bring you down cause a window will open up soon after, I promise. I have my issues with this, talk about taking my own advice :P not necessarily with friends forme but more job opportunities and dreams I want to live, I have a hard time approaching these things, I know I'm off subject but as a fellow humble subscriber (beirdo) You can give me some advice?

I just want to add to what humble was saying. He said that you might feel like you may never get over your heartbreak, and I feel like that is the case with some people. You may never get over a person, especially if they are taken from you and it's not a decision of their making, but it gets easier to deal with as time goes on. Time is the key, it is the magic word, and it's he only thing that can make you feel better. Once again, you amaze me Humble.

I'm brokenhearted but not in a couple's love aspect. My mom died ten months ago and it broke my heart. And when you said that of "Improve and be productive" I realized that I have to stop wasting time crying and being mad at circumstances and grow up.
    Thank you Humble The Poet.

Good one Humble. Sometimes you say "time heals" to people and they get offended, as if you're telling them to forget the person they lost, but that isn't it. Over time, you kind of "integrate" (for want of a better word) the experience into yourself, so instead of it being this big oppressive thing that's sitting on you, it becomes part of you. You still recognise it for what it is, and can even use it, but it's no longer crippling: it's changed from being "damage" to being experience.

This was great, You are SPOT ON! (I was seriously like yes, YES, you understand!) I was feeling pretty down a few months ago because of heartbreak I wouldn't wish the feelings on Anyone! However, as you said going through that pain & mental turmoil makes you learn... A Lot! about everything to be honest & I came out with a brand new view on almost every aspect in my life & where I used to despise change I now embrace it! So from all that hurt came out something better for myself. Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I send you a big hug & keep up the great work! :)

Yes I agree TIME is very essential in dealing with heartbreak... Time to cry, Time to be angry, Time to move on and Time to heal... The only sane way to get through something as tough as it seems... Thanks for your inspiration Humble! Much love from TnT!!!

Rightly said, when you love someone, you invest so much of yourself ( time, love, care, sacrifice etc ) and when he/she breaks your heart, you become vulnerable. you are at an edge where you want end your existence. Its very painful.
Thanks Humble for sharing :-) loved it.

It truly takes time! I was cheated on and so I felt so insecure, I even kept him around because I felt low. One day I realized that I can do better. I'm no longer talking to him, I'm going back to school. I'm working on myself but it took me some time to actually understand that. It definitely showed me that I'm worth something and I'm a lot happier now! :-)

I had to agree that time is most important thing, about a year and a half from this point i had tough breakup and i was devastated. I had locked my self inside literaly not only from my emotions but even from environment. I didnt go outside that much and didnt talk and hang out with people. I made a big change after that i moved to a new town and started my life from scrach thought that if i can get a seccond chance i can live happy. Now after all that im still not completly healed but im proud of my self how far i come and i continue to work on my self and regain my social skills. i started to talk about what happend and all that emptyness that i had is slowly starting to fade and im starting to live again be productive as best as i can. Thanks for this vid it helped me see how far i got :)

I like that you say you don't know people's futures. A lot of people who provide guidance and philosophy to others assume that things work the same for everyone. By not making promises it makes what you are saying sound far less cliche and makes viewers appreciate what you are saying more. Thank you.

*Laughs to self* You know, it's kinda funny that I stumbled on this video just now.
I was just recently having a mini down moment about my ex. and our situation. Since we've been apart for about 3 months now, and where originally together for 8, I've been able to grab some concepts on how to deal with all,*waves hands around*,thiiss:)) But this video just lifted me up even MORE, and I'd like to thank you for that. It was a great reminder and there where some AWESOME point of views that I have never truly grasped. So once again, thank you Humble:) You inspire so many people daily❤️

After a reasonable mourning period I think it's important to offer the same love you gave someone, back to yourself. Most people feel emptiness after a heartbreak so to make yourself the focus of your own life is healing. Better yourself in some way. Perhaps open yourself up to new music, literature, visit a place you've never been. Pain of the heart can be a great motivator for creative expression.

    Hi humble :)
spot on 👍 wish i had seen this video a few months ago, i went through a terrible unexpected breakup and i completely lost myself and i just wanted to give up, and with time i got better, just as i had in the past, and i learnt that i had become so connected with that person that i had become disconnected with myself, i forgot who i was and i didnt even notice, and i have had to find that person i was agian and i have grown so much from that, time really is the main cure for a broken heart, and to believe in yourself that you can get through this and you will be happy agian one day soon, even if it doesnt seem like it at the time.
anywho, i am back to being my usually happy self :)
your videos and your book have helped me so much over the past 6 months, it has put things into perspective and i have a much better view on things now :) so thankyou humble :)
thankyou for doing what you do, and for being who you are, your amazing :)
good luck with the subscribers! i share your videos and qoutes all the time because maybe there is someone out there that could use you and your book just like i did :)
much love ♡ all the way from australia :)

Something i've done when heart broken is to remember a time before I felt the same and how I felt it was the end of everything but better things came into play. It helped me have hope for myself.
I agree, we have to go through them but they suck!

I hear this type of stuff all the time, and I know logically it makes sense... but after 8 years of being with the person I thought was ALWAYS going to be my partner, friend, lover... Fuck. It's so goddamn hard to imagine life without her. I can't even fathom it half the time.
But everything said in this video is all we can do. Take it one day at a time, learn from our losses, and strive forward.
There is no pain that qualifies as equal to someone that decides to cut you out of their life entirely. That sense of betrayal and abandonment is ... hard to get back up from.
    Life, love, stress, and setbacks.

Also I think that a nice video idea could be about controlling anger or something along those lines? Thanks for taking the time to read this :)

Loving yourself seems to be the toughest thing to do. I still struggle with it. But if you don't have a loving relationship with yourself how can you have one with another? That in itself takes time.
P.S. I really appreciate your videos and when I show them to friends and family they say they love them too. 👌☺️
