The worst part of having anxiety is when it gets to the point of panic attacks. Sometimes you even relive moments and imagine if something went wrong (even though it didn't) and you start to panic at the very idea. It takes a lot to pull yourself out of that mental state. I think the gym is definitely my favorite method of combating these feelings. That and having a person to speak with out loud about any fears. And as always, i freaking love your videos.
I think it's important to find a person you can open up to when needed, but also not push the issue when you don't wanna talk. I also feel it's important to be that person for others.

I have anxiety and panic disorders and specially the anxiety controls my life and it's starting to piss me off. Everyone else seems to be able to go out and have a great time when 95% of my day is just panicking and anxiety. I've got help twice now but no one seems to understand how big this problem is. So videos like this do help people like me. This was a great and inspirational video - made me think!
Very well put. I completely agree that knowing what causes our anxieties and that many factors cannot be controlled helps deal with them. Keeping busy is key as well. Get a stylist, then you don't have to worry about what you wear.
You and superwomen are genuinely the best persons i know. You guys are role model. You are both so down to earth, caring and strong people. I hope that in the future i´ll be just as wise, humble and as strong as you are. I really wish that I can meet you both one day

I recently became a subscriber and you are great, thank you. I suffer from social anxiety and everyday is a battle against my self....probably explains why I'm single at 24, and my circle of friends is small. When I'm put in social situations I panic, when I think of tomorrow i freak out. There is a fear, and I don't like it. I love myself and I remind myself everyday to keep on keeping on. The more you put yourself out there the more you start to believe in your self. Everything takes time :)

I'm a constant worrier... can't help it. I do exercise and keep my body on the right track... But I think also exercising your mind helps. Taking in positive literature and music, trying at least once a day to just tune out the drone of everydayness (IK not a word) and bringing some peace into your mind and just keep BREATHING... helps alot!!! I feel anxiety comes straight from negative thinking . I had serious anxiety attacks and i recently last December learnt about meditation & Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's THE GURU. I been to his Ashram in India and the one here in LA ( by the college USC) It has really helped me personally. I loveee you're videos and this one ! I really really hope to meet you one day :)

I'm pretty good at dealing with anxiety, but I do get panic attacks. They're usually short lived and I just cry a lot. So I listen to music or watch videos if I feel panicky, take a walk, just something to distract myself from whatever is making me panic. Weird thing is I feel so much better after having an attack. It's like I can feel it building up and can't do anything to prevent from happening but once it's over I'm relieved.
I have severe anxiety issues, so I can totally relate to this video. I am a subscriber and I really appreciate your videos man. Thing is I would like to see from you (if possible), is how we deal with anxiety from family, like my dad. With friends and acquaintances we have a choice, but when it comes to parents, we don't.
Also.. I find therapy helps and at first I was a little hesitant about taking therapy, but it really does help talking to another person about my fears/worries. I realized that therapy isn't a bad thing if anything I am able to continue to learn more about myself and my anxiety.
I always have dealt with fear about The future but sometimes it gets to a point when its eating me from inside and I get more emotional when I can't control it one thing I like to do is have superwoman's marathon because somehow watching her calms me down I personally don't like to talk to people about it because it makes me feel weak so I most of the time just bottle it up inside but superwoman marathons definitely help me calm down. Plus I love ur videos like always ur amazing xox
Hey Humble, your recent posts have been awesome! I am a very anxious person but have started to be less so by asking myself a simple question- "Is this in my control?". If yes, then I try not to procrastinate and act instead and if not, then well, I can't do anything about it and embrace any outcome that may come. Your videos too are a great help in seeing every situation in better light! PS: Love the videos, however it would be great if you don't rush through the content in the videos as it would give us more time to assimilate the thought that you are trying to put across :) One love..#TeamSuper \m/
Hi Humble the poet, i do suffers anxiety like really badly but whenever i feel nervous all the things goo wrong e.g giving a presentation in front of people makes my speech go all wrong, and this has happened to me every time. now yu tell me how should i deal with it.
I love the video and the way you speak. It's kinda asmr like, because you speak softly ;) The only thing, I would wait till you finish speaking before putting the "subscribe" because it takes you away from the thing you are saying. It's a little distracting, Other than that, great job.

not all of these things are true. everyone has stress. the iissue with stress is that with some people it turns into major di-stress wich is bad. stress-good & natural, di-stress- bad & very natural FOR SOME. anxiety is like di-stress, and nit everyone deals with it. in this video i think you mean to talk about stress that would be whether or not u get homework done, etc. di-stress and anxiety are different topics that affect certain people
Anxiety definitely needs to be acknowleged and accepted for you to be able to deal with it effectively. You also need the willpower to want to learn how to deal with it. Can be a slow process depending on how bad your anxiety is, but it's something you can handle with practice, time and care for yourself.

Ever since I got generalized anxiety, I've just looking for a way to just calm myself and not worry about the future. This is spot-on!
