I first met Erwan Heussaff about 2 years ago in Manila, and I felt immediately inspired by his story. As we both travel and make videos for a living, I find it really difficult to eat healthy and stay in shape -- but Erwan is living proof that it's possible. I caught up with him today and had the opportunity to share behind the scenes of how this guy lost 100 pounds to lead a healthy, travel lifestyle.

Wow am more motivated now I have lost 50 lbs and have around 50 more to go, I started my weight loss for the same reason but I had a serious health issue as well that also forced me to look at what am doing with my life in addition to my love to food and traveling. Good for him am subscribing to his channel!

Well I do calories in vs calories out. Work out 3 times a week for around 1 hour, 40 min weights (PPL) 20 min intensive cardio, eat healthy when I can and eat shit like pizza and burgers whenever I feel like having it. Kept the 80lbs off for years.
