Bet the cruise control option when the car was new cost way more than £85. Your new unit looks great Phil. Fantastic to see your plans coming together 😎👏👍
I have a mk6 golf dsg. Non GTI models don’t have paddle shifters however if your car has a full multifunction steering wheel then you’re in luck. The control module for the wheel contains the software for the paddle shifters anyway. So i fitted a paddle shift wheel and got the module function activated with VCDS and now i have paddle shifters. You can use VCDS to activate full needle sweep on ignition as well. There’s often thing like remote window close that you can activate via VCDS alone, no mods required.
Good unit Phil yes I agree 100% with the last comment lash out the money to paint and seal the floor before u put your shelving up. It then acts as a dirt barrier easier to maintain as without the concrete is so porous.
Well done. Though sure not lost on you both that red Ibiza has cruise as standard on indicator stalk. Considered a VW Up! at one point and retro fitting cruise but cost £700! Though lot more complicated. Need to confirm if car built to accept a change of module. If isn't, tough.
Unit looking good. Isn't there a requirement to have some basic facilities such as running water, toilet facilities and a break area, especially if you might plan to employ someone at some point?
Do you know if the car is OK to drive again after the install but before coding? I'm relying on a friend for coding but I want to get the install done at home and then drive over.
Yes but need a cable from the ecu to the steering wheel controller and possibly change the steering wheel control module if you dont have steering wheel controls, not as easy job as whats showing here
Do not buy a bottom Cowling you do not need it if you look at the one you’re taking off your see where you can actually cut it out very gently been there done the same job never bought a bottle of Cowling
super conversion this channel should go up leaps and bounds once the new unit is fully operational good luck phil and a thumbs up to apprentice lol

Lovely Jubbly, please wear a mask Phil, or you might get hammered on here the way it's going.

Is it possible to fit cruise control on a Audi A3 S-Line 8P 2.0 Ltr. 2007 and where

Whats the stalk Part number
You don’t need your wellies any more! 😂😂😂
If i remember correctly each a3 has its own unique security code and if i also remember audi want ££ for it
Did this on my lexus ct200h , nowhere near as complex or involved. Hence why i stick japanese cars.
Still stuck on 7k subs 😱
For a supposedly premium car the spec is always crap on newer Audi s
Where's your "running water" gone ????
Are you missing my stream?
@@SeriousAboutSalvage yep !
