Repairing My 2002 GMC Tow Haul

In this video I try to see what is wrong with my Tow/Haul. lets see if we can fix it. This is on my 2002 GMC 2500HD with the 6.6L.

I've had to fix this on my 04 Yukon. Being on the moving gear selector just causes stress on those wires.

Yup, it sure does. I hear early tesla door handles have a similar issue of the wires braking and the door handle stops working.

What type of wire did you use?

I think it was just some 20 guage wire I had.
