His rope is good and you can tell there is passion behind it but its in 2 pieces at the swivel. That makes for a lot of interruption during the swing. Ive trained in the typical boxing jump rope technique holding the handle in a certain way but you cant do that with these. You have to have a lot less wrist movement and learn momentum more. In the long run and for the athlete that wants to do like 25 mins of jump rope this would help I guess as it reduces shoulder and wrist fatigue. But there is a learning curve
