    it 's almost unfair advantage to have a coach like that. I feel that he puts words and answers questions I had right from the beginning of my boxing journey and never got answered. clearly a master

      It is mainly Soviet based. But if course it has been more than 30 years since USSR collapse and boxing development never stops, so I have adopted some of the newer techniques as well.

    Hello , iam older now so can't complete in ring but I would love you teaching on pure self defence, boxing for the street , and do technical changes need to be made , because no gloves thanks

    Sir, can you please make a video on how to save your nose from the punch. I bleed my nose in every sparring. Also is there any nose conditioning exercise ?

      In sparring it's normal that the nose receives a lot of damage, in some cases it makes you cry, so i guess it's normal. You should try to use a different guard that protects your nose or just try to improve your slip's and defense
