I use hi-float to help with helium leakage as well as helping the confetti stick to the inside of the balloon, but I find that my balloon goes cloudy. I do use hi-shine on the outside but the cloudiness is happening on the inside. Any tips for this problem?

It’s a really soft foil confetti, don’t use the hard confetti ;)
